As owners of these apartments you should really start changing thing this year since the several years you have not as I read this review and know someone who just a few months ago was evicted illegally and is in the process of filing a lawsuit against Logan Park apartments for not just the eviction, but a gun pulled on him and his daughter and his daughter being bullied by the down stairs people every day and the management was not helpful at all ( Warren Smith) he laughed about it and still allow the people leave in apartments who pulled the gun. My friend was a resident for 4 years there and was evicted after the horrible treatment shame on you as owner and the manager who should be fired because he does not want his job. Also how people of certain color skin are a loud to do as they please but if you are white you excluded to do things or go to certain area of the apartment recreational facilities that are attended for all residents. I hope Wasatch management company take this review to heart and really get out from behind their fluff desk chairs and do something like follow the (STATE CALIFORNIA LAW) and (FAIR HOUSING LAW).
Janese love these apartments so these people hating probably dont live there anymore and the management seem fair and work with people in many situations cant wait to move in
I lived here 3 years I like the fact it has everything I use on the property like wash house, gym an community center as well as the pools an park's my kids use best apartments I ever lived in, I have recommended these apartments to a few people who have been living here for years like me!
Nothing is done about our loud upstairs neighbors, this place is filthy and very ghetto, security sucks, and we pay way too much rent for matchbox apartment.
We've been here two years and still have maintenance issues that are not dealt with or where incorrectly handled. While a majority of the staff has been great and help us with our needs, it is almost as if the back side of the complex, or the "projects" are completely ignored when there are complaints or concerns. When you tour, they show you the front half of the complex, where it is well maintained, hardly any kids and even give the illusion of having children who are well behaved (aka manners, respect and listen to adults - especially their parents). But when you move in, if you have ANY kind of assistance you are treated as a lower class citizen. The amount of criminal activity that happens here (Shootings, Cars ramming INTO the buildings, drug dealing) is astonishing and honestly not worth the 800+ per month. And while I realize that not all children will listen to their parents, the parents could do more than sit and watch their toddlers run into traffic or leave their toys in the way of traffic and if they could teach them to pick up their trash rather than throw it in the patios of their neighbors, that would be awesome! If they would improve their maintenance team (and fix an issue that wasn't even resolved properly!), have actually security (rather than having them refer to Sac Sheriff all the time) and have the more adherence to rental agreements, this place would have potential. And to address the "racist" comments made. I don't think it a racist thing as a much a class thing. Basically if you have Cal Fresh, SSI, Unemployment, School grants or even Medi-cal, you don't deserve the apartment you were told you were going to have or to be in the quieter, well maintained areas.
