Nothing is done about our loud upstairs neighbors, this place is filthy and very ghetto, security sucks, and we pay way too much rent for matchbox apartment.
ILLEGAL AND DISCRIMINATORY TO DISABLED VETERANS. Logan Park manager Jackie Sue and owner Juan have discriminated against me for having a trained, certified, state registered service animal. These people are complete turds.
We've been here two years and still have maintenance issues that are not dealt with or where incorrectly handled. While a majority of the staff has been great and help us with our needs, it is almost as if the back side of the complex, or the "projects" are completely ignored when there are complaints or concerns. When you tour, they show you the front half of the complex, where it is well maintained, hardly any kids and even give the illusion of having children who are well behaved (aka manners, respect and listen to adults - especially their parents). But when you move in, if you have ANY kind of assistance you are treated as a lower class citizen. The amount of criminal activity that happens here (Shootings, Cars ramming INTO the buildings, drug dealing) is astonishing and honestly not worth the 800+ per month. And while I realize that not all children will listen to their parents, the parents could do more than sit and watch their toddlers run into traffic or leave their toys in the way of traffic and if they could teach them to pick up their trash rather than throw it in the patios of their neighbors, that would be awesome! If they would improve their maintenance team (and fix an issue that wasn't even resolved properly!), have actually security (rather than having them refer to Sac Sheriff all the time) and have the more adherence to rental agreements, this place would have potential. And to address the "racist" comments made. I don't think it a racist thing as a much a class thing. Basically if you have Cal Fresh, SSI, Unemployment, School grants or even Medi-cal, you don't deserve the apartment you were told you were going to have or to be in the quieter, well maintained areas.
i was moving my grandmother in i thought it was going to be a very blessed day .. we had to wait 15 mins for the maintenance man. so my cousin took a cigarette brake and the maintenance man passed by ... the maintenance man went into the office where my grandmother was signing paper work and said that we was smoking weed . and the service just really went down hill . my grandmother and wife said when they first step foot into the office the employee's where rude, not friendly, stuck up. they didn't let my grandmother move in she had already packed up her old apartment and put in a 30 day notice. this is a vary bad very racist
Warren Smith lied about my family. I am a mentally ill disabled woman who was thrown on the street because of these lies and my reaction to them. My psych meds made me suicidal and I attempted suicide a year ago. My daughter and an acquaintance of hers were put in place with permission as my caretakers. This other person got involved in some sort of illegal activity that had nothing to do with me or my daughter. Warren and his security boy Boyer decided to say that there was an underage prostitution and drug dealing ring being run by my daughter. Still not sure why but Sacramento Sheriff has confirmed there was no truth to these allegations or they would have been all over it. It never happened. I've since heard of the same accusations being leveled against other residents, also proven false. In September I was hospitalized again and my daughter was stranded in the south area for 5 days. These morons "secured" my apartment by opening the blinds and turning on every light. My apartment was used by strangers, trashed, and robbed and this mess I came home to was unbelievable and blamed on me. These are horrible human beings and I would stay far away from this disgusting ghetto complex run by a horrible little man who appears to be obsessed with prostitutes. He also lied and added money to the "reasonable" storage fees for the things left in my apartment. He added money he knew I couldn't come up with and threw all my belongings, my daughter's things she left in storage at my place, my grandson's books and Christmas presents, and the belongings of a homeless family with 4 children I was storing for them as a favor while they tried to find housing. After he and his staff went through it and took anything of value, including $400 in cash and new toys, books, clothes etc... But the memories he tossed, things given to me by my grandmother, pictures, notes, artwork and school work I saved my whole life are in some dump. No amount of money could ever replace those memories and the pain and suffering I went through because of these horrible people, but you can bet my attorney and I are hard at work.
