Janell and other staff are great!! They always giving something for apartment complex.Rather its pool parties or around Christmas.Janell was the first person to help. Loved her and recommended other people.

I will start by saying that I have not moved into this complex as of yet however; I have visited the location twice and only seen and heard positive things. The grounds are kept up and the staff in the leasing office is professional and warming. I worked with Janelle and she has a wonderful spirit that made me come back to fill out the application the same day. My daughter who is very picky made the final decision to make Grove Park our new home. I drove through the entire complex during the evening on a Saturday to see if there was any alarming signs of less than ideal living situations and glad to say that there was none. I can only pray that my living experience here will mirror my initial experience.

I am very very very disappointed in this apartment. I waited three weeks for the office to get my apartment ready.'-' I was told by the leasing consultant Janelle that my apartment would be upgraded and ready by the date that was on my welcome home letter. She said the upgraded model would be the same in my one bedroom apartment. Of course, I understand the lay out would be totally different. She and the office staff lied. The community manager needs to lose the attitude and focus on being professional to future residents. The regional manager finally reach apartment the issue of apartment, even through she knows what the issue was. She did not apologize for the time her staff wasted. All she said is how do you want us to resolve it. Really, horrible company. I am glad that I did not sign their lease. They will waste your time and lie to you in your face. You will have to reach out to them all the time to see if you are approve or if your apartment is ready or not! I recommend people just to look at the signs of how they are treating you before moving in, because it would be worst once signing your lease. Good luck to the future residents, because you will need it. Try to speak with the residents that lives there, they will tell you the true about this apartment and the company.

Absoluetly horrible!!!! I was a tenant for a year. Maintenance was never available nor on time. It is NOT a gated community because the gate is inoperable 5 days out of a 7 day week. On one occasion i recieved a notice of abondonment that was for the wrong apartment. Upon leaving I did my exiting paperwork and 6 months later a debt collection burea is calling requesting damage funds when I was dismissed with no charges. The trash build up at the ONE dumpster at the ENTRANCE of the complex is revolting. If you are looking for a decent, safe and clean neighborhood DO NOT STAY HERE!
