I will start by saying that I have not moved into this complex as of yet however; I have visited the location twice and only seen and heard positive things. The grounds are kept up and the staff in the leasing office is professional and warming. I worked with Janelle and she has a wonderful spirit that made me come back to fill out the application the same day. My daughter who is very picky made the final decision to make Grove Park our new home. I drove through the entire complex during the evening on a Saturday to see if there was any alarming signs of less than ideal living situations and glad to say that there was none. I can only pray that my living experience here will mirror my initial experience.

Absoluetly horrible!!!! I was a tenant for a year. Maintenance was never available nor on time. It is NOT a gated community because the gate is inoperable 5 days out of a 7 day week. On one occasion i recieved a notice of abondonment that was for the wrong apartment. Upon leaving I did my exiting paperwork and 6 months later a debt collection burea is calling requesting damage funds when I was dismissed with no charges. The trash build up at the ONE dumpster at the ENTRANCE of the complex is revolting. If you are looking for a decent, safe and clean neighborhood DO NOT STAY HERE!

I am very very very disappointed in this apartment. I waited three weeks for the office to get my apartment ready.'-' I was told by the leasing consultant Janelle that my apartment would be upgraded and ready by the date that was on my welcome home letter. She said the upgraded model would be the same in my one bedroom apartment. Of course, I understand the lay out would be totally different. She and the office staff lied. The community manager needs to lose the attitude and focus on being professional to future residents. The regional manager finally reach apartment the issue of apartment, even through she knows what the issue was. She did not apologize for the time her staff wasted. All she said is how do you want us to resolve it. Really, horrible company. I am glad that I did not sign their lease. They will waste your time and lie to you in your face. You will have to reach out to them all the time to see if you are approve or if your apartment is ready or not! I recommend people just to look at the signs of how they are treating you before moving in, because it would be worst once signing your lease. Good luck to the future residents, because you will need it. Try to speak with the residents that lives there, they will tell you the true about this apartment and the company.

Trash bin is always cluttered with trash. Looks good on outside but it has years and you can tell after living here. But i enjoy the location, neighbors are friendly (or at least not disruptive or a problem), grounds are pretty well maintained (excluding inhouse), nice gym and pool. The pros and cons equal out Edit!!!: Once you have been admitted they pretty much don't care about you. You're just another tenant. Laundry facility is always broken. My gate cards don't work. Maintenance still has not fixed my faucet coming out of the wall, I put in the request on my 2nd day here. Last time I checked at the office they stated the request had been marked "completed." Been here for 3 months. My room door and closet door don't close because the doorframes are crooked so they don't line up. The units look nice but after living in them you start to notice the age. My kitchen counters are all lined up at odd angles. And their website is completely useless. Their are no phone numbers to reach ANYBODY. Office never picks up. You have to call at least 12 times in a row. There's no maintenance numbers. And I'm starting to sorely regret my decision to move here. Also the amenities of the laundry and 24 hr gym are lies considering you can't get into them with non-functioning cards. Now they have locked the laundry room (first time since I've lived here) and my work uniform is locked in the dryer. Since my gatecards don't work I can't get in. Update: it's 12am and the manager had me waiting up for a reply to an email he sent stating he had someone that could let me into the laundry room.. not one little peep.

grove park is terrible they will lie too you to get you in the door. the apartments are old. the guys all suck when it comes to repairs. on several occasions they have came in and damaged my apartment paint specks were left on my furniture from the painter. HulIlo maintenance guy ripped my $1200 sofa while moving it so he could repair the outlet that was broke since move in my niece almost electrocuted her self because it was not repair, people who live here pay different rent depending on how they stereotype you . you may more or less. DONT BE FOOLED BY THE OUTSIDE AND THE MODEL APARTMENTS. MANAGEMENT AND MANTINENCE SUCK..
