This condo is within a SHORT & EASY WALK to Main Street (1 block), and just a few blocks to the beautiful Pacific Ocean, where you will find miles of sandy beach with amazing surfing, the iconic Ventura pier, and a great boardwalk, the perfect place for a run, jog or leisurely walk.

There are plenty of great restaurants and pubs downtown, but for those days that you want to cook, a chef's kitchen with all stainless-steel Viking appliances and granite counter tops awaits you – fully stocked with all the kitchen items you will need to whip up something fantastic! The unit has wonderful natural light as well as beautiful plantation shutters and rich engineered hardwood floors throughout. The patio just off the living room has a magnificent view of city hall, what a great view to enjoy while dining al-fresco during the wonderful year-round warm climate! If you enjoy a great movie or favorite show, the unit has whole house cable and Wi-Fi and the living room features a flat screen Smart TV, so you can easily access your own Netflix or Hulu account or any other online streaming services you subscribe to. Each bedroom also has a mounted flat screen smart TV for relaxing in bed.
Water, sewer, trash, gas, electric, Wi-Fi and cable TV are all included. Also, at no additional cost ($200 value), we provide incremental cleaning services during your stay so there is no hassle of maintaining or cleaning the unit.
Since the unit is located on the 4th floor, it is easily accessible from the secure underground parking garage by elevator. The building is known for its security with various gated points of entry, video intercom system for visitors and convenient marked parking stalls, of which one stall is included during your stay. Once your car is parked in the underground parking garage, you will not have to move it unless venturing out to explore other Southern California beach towns like Santa Barbara, Carpinteria or Malibu, all of which are easy day trips.
