Raceist and bad place they will try to lie and throw you ous PLACE SUCKS DO NOT BUY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! bad place
Reading the other reviews, consider yourself lucky! This place sucks! Ok, it's not the worst place to live....it looks so nice and beautiful on the outside, with all the pretty flowers and lovely community gas grills (which rarely had any gas after they first installed it). And the inside looks nice too! But it was a complete nightmare for us.....because the walls were paper thin! It was so thin you could hear your neighbor;s tv, you hear them talking, you could even hear them snoring!! But the worst part was that our neighbor woke up every morning at 4 am! and would place their radio while they got ready to go to work. Ok, that is great, to play the radio to help yourself wake-up, except, it woke us up too! When we complained to the office, because when we signed the lease, we were told that there is a quiet clause, no noise from 10 or 11 to like 6.....but they didn't do anything! SO I had to wake up at 4 every morning, even on the weekends, and move to the couch to go back to sleep, because our neighbor would play their radio from 4 to 4:50 am. And the insulation sucks! Our electric bills during the summer was crazy! but cheaper during the winter, because we would just walk around in sweats, lol, I mean the insulation just sucked that you would be losing so much money running your AC or heater. Also, we learned the hard way....the AC unit would only make the place 20 degrees cooler than the outside temperature, so if it was 100 out, and you set your thermostat to 75, your AC would run allllll day, because the coolest the AC would make the place is 80. Yep! That is something the office doesn't tell you when they are trying to get you sign a lease. So, this place is not the worst, it looks really nice, but I think for the paper thin walls and poor insulation, the rent is way too high!!
Unless you are God himself, don't try to rent from here. They say they want to work with you on getting an apartment, but don't. I had my girlfriend get her cousin to co-sign with us (who makes great money and has great credit) and they wanted 6 MONTHS worth of bank statements.... since when was it this difficult to get an apartment? I'll be looking elsewhere....
WARNING! If you are interested in this property, there are some things you need to know BEFORE you spend time and money going through the application process. You can only pay the $50 (non-refundable) per person application fee with a check. No cash, credit or debit cards are accepted. The qualification standards are very strict so if you don't have PERFECT credit, a large income (3-5 times the rental amount per month), and a lengthy and current job history, you WON'T be approved. These people don't step outside the box for any reason. I even offered to PREPAY an ENTIRE year's lease and the answer was "No."
