I lived a large portion of my early life here at that time I did not know what to think of it but now I see.all that I actually liked was the office mostly because they had free cookies and a vending machine rarely I would get my way into the pool table room also the tennis quart we got a plastic basket ball net and roped it on the fence now I see it was not as great as I thought now that I look back I think of how I actually liked it there guIddddidentyahw
I lived at Cascade Meadows about 20 years ago and I am sorry to say that rudeness seems to be a requirement for working there. They stated in my lease that if the nieghbors were to noisey NOT to notify them but first talk to the neighbors.I did this figuring that my upstairs neighbor wasnt aware of how loud the kids were.Later that afternoon her husband stormed into my house (my 5 year old let him in ) and started yelling at me.The managers didn't do anything but tell me to go talk to them again. Why would I do this? He was very irrate ,how did I know whether or no that would escalate? They refused to allow me to have my parking spot, because I didnt drive.I explained that I was disabled and at the current time felt that I should not drive therefore would need to have others take me to shop etc. They told me that there were 3, 24 hour parking passes available each month. They did not tell me that if someone was there 5 minutes to help me unload, that was the end of the pass.So apparently I could only shop 3 times, or shop 2 and have 1 visitor. When I left they charged me close to 300 for flea bombing and aninmal droppings throughout the apt, I had goldfish and as far as I know they stayed in the tank.
I agree with the negative reviews that seem to be everywhere about cascade meadows. i have been here for years and it gets worse every time. The extremely rude office ladies and a sarcastic and rude maintenance staff. even the most simple question is "answered" with a passive aggressive tone. my neighbors a few numbers down broke their lease to and had to pay around $1000 just to get out of here! the rent goes up every year and the quality of the apartment is pretty shabby. I could really go on about the disappointing facts that surround Cascade Meadows.
