Well after searching for months for a place that would accept me because my credit isnt perfect, Evergreen Park did and they were very friendly in doing it, and it didnt even take as long as it usually did in az. And as far as all the bitching i think people are just spoiled complainers and should try living in Pheonix!!!
I wish I had done more research on how terrible this place was before we moved in! I never write google reviews and am only doing this to warn people of leasing here. From the second we moved in it has been terrible. Make sure to CONFIRM what unit you are getting and to do an inspection of it before you move in. -On our very first day we noticed that all the cabinets were chipped or fraying, one was completely broken -Our car port is in front of a whole different building from where we live -Parking is a JOKE. If you come after 6pm there is no where to park, also they now CHARGE for car ports (which wasn't in our lease) -The ladies at the office are very rude, forget even trying to be helpful. -The garbage "area" is nasty! Literally at the back of the complex and constantly overflowing with garbage. -My boyfriend has been propositioned about buying drugs in the parking lot (I wish I was joking about this). -Neighbors liter trash everywhere! There was once a dirty diaper in front of our complex for days.. very classy. -Actually, the majority of neighbors in general are terrible, the ones above us play salsa music blasting through their speakers all the time -No one picks up after their pets. -The pole in front of our apartment has been chipped since we moved in, nothing has been done, half the paint is off of it -Our apartment is being "remodeled" so our lease is going from $895 to $1200... uh what?! -Location traffic sucks weekdays from around 4-5pm -My favorite story is to tell is when management decided to repave the parking lot, and then tell us it was ok to park in the store parking lot across the street, and then call us to tell us our car would be towed if we didn't move it within the hour. When I asked where we were suppose to park one of the ladies at the office said "not my problem. I had someone drop me off at work." The parking is a joke anyways, and then they took away almost every single spot for repaving that still sucks.. Honestly, these people are crazy. This apartment complex is gross and no matter how cheap it is, TRUST me, it's not worth the headache! Moral of the story: DO NOT MOVE HERE.
Terrible administration, they do as much as they can to take money from you. The apartments are not good quality and the people at the leasing office are rude and not helpful at all. Do yourself a favor and keep looking. You would regret to live here.
By far the worst place I have ever lived. Please read this before you rent here. 1. When I was given the initial tour of the place the lady asked me..what is the most important thing you are looking for? I said washer/dryer. She told me this particular unit does not have one but there is a laundry room right outside your door and only you will have the key (because all the other units have washer/dryer). I figured I can make that work. So I signed my 1 year lease. After 2 months I received a note on the door saying they are discontinuing all laundry facilities on the property. I was stuck for the rest of the year going to the dam laundry mat which I did not want to do. 2. During the summer, there was a horrible flea infestation of my apartment. I was literally covered in fleas within seconds after stepping in my door. I complained on a Thursday. They told me the exterminator comes every Tuesday to spray, so they will put an order in with him. So I was stuck for 5 days living with 1000's of fleas. usually when a tenant complains about bug (especially flea, the property responds immediately) not here! 3. I wanted to leave my apartment. so I tried to get people to take over my lease. the office said, that's fine if i can get someone to take over my lease. Every person I sent to the office was treated very rudely and was scared off by the office telling them, when the lease is up, nobody can renew, not even me. They are going to remodel the unit. So nobody wanted to stay here because of how they were treated or what they were told. I gave up. 4. There is only 1 trash disposal area...period! its 3 blocks away in the back of the property. Get ready to transport your leaking trash bags inside your cars to the trash can. unless you want to walk 3-4 city blocks carrying them by hand. And the trash area is literally flowing over in filth because 1 container is not big enough for 300+ units. 5. Parking is a joke here. (if you have 2 cars, which most normal couples in this world do) You will never be able to park your 2nd car. you will need to park across the street in a strip mall lot with towing signs posted. If you are lucky enough to find a spot in the apartment lot, your car will get dinged everyday, because the spaces are so small. 6. the people I had to deal with in the office are very rude and spoke to me with an attitude if I ever had to bring up an issue. 7. I received $35 of my $1,200 deposit. I had to pay for cleaning and carpet. Which I agree, but $1,200? 8. this is the kicker...2 months before my lease was up, I received a note on my door on November 15th. It said my lease is up on December 31st. Its original date was 2-1-16. now for some reason it expired 2 months early. Even on my original lease papers it says 2-1-16. I asked them about it and they said they don't know why it was changed. So I was stuck having to apartment shop and move in the middle of holiday season. These people do not care about you, they lie, scam, cheat, steal, and all while doing it with an attitude.Do not live here. You will regret it and spend 1 year of your life in a horrible place with horrible memories and hate every second of your time at home after you sign a lease with them. I am willing to swear on a stack of bibles or before any congressional commity that everything I have said here is the truth.
Don't waste your time or money on this complex. If you want to park your vehicle, be treated well, or feel SECURE in your own apartment - this is not the place for you. Be cautious of this management company, FPI Management, Inc. and the owners of the complex, LSREF3 Bravo (Northwest), LLC.
