Academy Arms offers shared mens student housing. Amenities includes: Internet (both Google Fiber and Comcast), cable T.V., heating, cooling, Laundry room. Each apartment has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room and a kitchen.

The apartment comes fully furnished, this includes beds, couches, kitchen table with chairs, a desk, and a dresser. Tenants can park one car in the lot, we also provide a bike rack.
