You can find photos, a YouTube video tour and the application on our website at offcampusresidences.com. The units are $795 per month and includes all utilities. Each unit comes with its own private bathroom, refrigerator, microwave, twin bed frame and desk. There is a shared full kitchen, laundry and TV lounge on the 1st floor of each building. Wi-Fi is provided free of charge. We require first and last month’s rent, a $500 refundable security deposit and a $200 nonrefundable administrative fee upon move in.
