Building offers free wi-fi, but each unit is equipped for personal cable/internet hookup with Comcast.

U-Place 1 apartments are in a great location, just a few blocks north of campus and within easy walking distance of grocery stores, shopping/entertainment and public transportation, including University Avenue and University Village.

Units are available for 12 month lease terms only (with option to sublet during the summer months).
