I've been living here for 3 1/2 years, first time living in a apartment. I have the best experience, nice atmosphere, always kept up & pet friendly🐶💕 "2 👍 up"!!Especially the Management; Fola and The Maintenance Crew; Mondo & Roman. Are AWESOME employees. They'll go out of their way to help you!!! I recommend this a 5 star Apts. 😉
This apartment complex has exceeded my expectations. Fola is always so friendly and answers any questions that I may have. Mondo is friendly and fixes any problems the apartment has in a timely manner. My one complaint was that it took 4 service requests over 5 months to get the oven fixed. However, even with that one complaint, this apartment complex is a really nice place to live and I would live here again.
I love eaves San Dimas Canyon! We moved here in Dec and have have an amazing experience so far! The community is very nice and the people so friendly. Fola is awesome and so helpful! She goes above and beyond all the time! And Mondo, the maintance guy is fast and courteous.. Always gets it fixed! Highly recommend this place..
When things happen in my apartment, which is not often, our maintenance guys are right on task. They are friendly and courteous, and always get the job done, you guys are great.
Eaves San Dimas Canyon is a very nice facility. When my sister and I started the process, we actually worked with Ashley. She was great. When we finally signed the lease, it was with another leasing agent. We thought everything was fine, all utilities set up online, which made it very easy to make payments. After 3 months, we get our billing statement and we find new charges for items that we are not aware of (utility recovery fee and vacant unit cost recover). After speaking with Avalon customer care, that is when we are told that the electricity is not set up and because we did not set up an account with the local electricity company, we would have to pay that extra fee until we get the account transferred to our names. When I ask the Avalon customer care agent what that local electricity company is, he said it should be stated on your contract. When we reviewed the lease, there was no indication that we would have to be responsible for setting up the electricity and there was no name of the local electricity company. So we tried to call the leasing office, there was no answer. In the end, we finally worked the details out by calling Avalon customer care and the electricity company MULTIPLE times. Every Avalon customer care person you talk to will give you a slightly different story. For example, my sister was not told that she would have to send an email confirmation that the electricity account was transferred to our names in order for the extra fee to be taken off our billing statement, but that is what my Avalon customer care agent told me on our conversation. So figuring this out is difficult and irritating when the correct information is not given at the beginning. It even states on the billing website under Billing FAQ, that "Utilities are billed through a 3rd party vendor...You will not submit payment to this 3rd party...charges are then added to your AvalonBay monthly Resident Statement..." So this is confusing and given more specific information about what utilities we are responsible for setting up at the beginning would've been beneficial and less stressful. In the end, facility is nice, process is confusing and irritating.
