Waiting to get things fixed is like waiting until your lease is up. Moving out and the Oven hasn't worked since I moved in. NEVER can park around my apartment. VERY Displeased with management and the way they handle a miss communication on there behalf. The Resident pays the price. Pool was not available the entire lease agreement.
These apartments are horrible, every morning i find beer cans or bottles in the parking lot and they sit there for about a week or 2 before someone picks them up, on 2 different occasions i found used syringes in the parking lot and when i called the office about it they said there's a courtesy patrol that comes around every day and makes sure the parking lot is clean, but i have never seen that happen i even emailed the owners of the property and the guy who emailed back couldn't even call me like i requested, At night when im trying to sleep there's either a dog above me howling or people reeving their engines in the parking lot or people partying and being noisy on a weekday! One night i was asleep and a loud knock comes to my door around 1am and i get up go answer it and no one is there. this is NOT a place for people who actually work! unless u don't mind finding beer bottles or syringes in the parking lot
These apartments are over-priced when I consider the quality of the materials, the appliances, and the customer service. The staff are friendly and polite, but the sealing around my windows is poor; there's no baseboard in entire apartment so I have to kill spiders, centipedes, and ants nearly every day; the carpet is nasty; maintenance requests are often forgotten/ignored; and no one cleans up the dog poop on the grass. So in short, don't live here if you're terrified of insects and you want to be able to walk across the grass without ruining your shoes... Oh, and if you want to get what you pay for.
Management nor staff seem to really care about what goes on here. College kids rent most of the apartments and there is noise most of the time into the wee hours of the morning. This is not a place for a working adult. Apartments are cosmetically challenged and some request for repairs are ignored in that regard. Again, do not move to Union Heights if you expect peace and quiet because this is not the place to be!!! I had wrote a complaint on 4/5/2014 and called security. I have had to do it again on 4/11/2014.
