For an exclusive tour of the home, please contact Clarence Guevarra at 917-400-XXXX. Nestled in the tree lined neighborhood of Auburndale are 2 blocks of Tudor style cape homes that are rarely on the market. The symmetry of the Spanish tile roofs and brick facade are reminiscent of Medieval architecture. As you enter through the arched doorway, you are greeted by the original glass door in the foyer with a coat closet to the right. It leads to a inviting sight of high ceilings and exposed beams in the living area. There is a wood burning fireplace to keep you warm on a chilly night and a glow on the stained-glass windows. The dining room is large enough to accommodate guests to entertain. It's the perfect place to showcase a chandelier or the family's crystals and china. The kitchen is spacious for an everyday table and chairs. There is a 5 burner stove for the chef in all of us and of course a stainless refrigerator. Down the hall is a up-to-date full bathroom with 2 vanities and customized cabinetry.
