We moved here from out of state before we bought our house. I highly recommend it. The process was easy and painless thanks to the ladies at the front. They called constantly with updates and were always very helpful. Maintenance did a wonderful job, always speedy and friendly. The grounds were very well maintained. The lakes and ducks were awesome. Overall, highly recommend.
Only have been here for about a month and have been extremely please! We had a few minor maintenance request and they didn't hesitate to handle them...during a Broncos game. We are highly impressed and satisfied with everything. The staff has been fantastic from the front desk to the smiling maintenance staff to the first face we met when we first wondered in. Thee apartments are wonderful! There is love built into each and every wall and you can just feel it! I wish other apartment complexes would stop focusing on the money and start taking some notes from these guys. Sincerely, Julius Tornabene & Jessica Baines
I have been with The Pines At Marston Lake for over 5 years now and just really find it a great place for me to be. The office management team is very friendly, helpful and always follows up on any task that you have in progress. I really like how well the grounds and buildings are well maintained through out all of the seasons. If you have any maintenance issues they are responded to in a very quick, effective, and professional (a great team) manor.
I've been here 1 year. Overall it is a clean, quiet place to live. I would take all these 1 star reviews with a grain of salt...every apartment I have ever lived in had reviews like this. Some people have a couple of bad experiences and all they can think to do is go online and trash the place. Put it in perspective: IT"S AN APARTMENT!!! No matter how stellar the reviews, there will always be inconsiderate neighbors, dog poop, steep rent (everything is based on a market calculation nowadays), and some maintenance issues. It's just part of apartment living. If you don't like it, then save up to buy a house! We've found the front office staff to be very nice and they've cut us some breaks for oversights on our part. If you're polite to them they'll be polite to you. Maintenance has been very responsive (within the day usually), and the grounds in general are kept cleaner than most places I've lived in. Yes the ponds are scummy but there isn't much they can do about that other than a million-dollar overhaul. The floor noise has been our biggest complaint here. These are older buildings, so you definitely hear it when your 250 lb pregnant neighbor is trouncing around at 530 AM above your bedroom. We do find a few landmines (dog turds) around the lawn, but it's not excessive. There will always be lazy pet owners and it's hard to enforce. Overall this is a good suburban location with adult residents and you wont hear car alarms, stereos, and people partying in the middle of the night. Management has always been accommodating to us and they are open to discussion if you feel there has been an error. Parking is almost always available. Pay your rent, pick up your dog crap (for the love of God), and don't be a rude neighbor so we can keep this one of the better complexes in Littleton.
I have lived here for a few months now. Whenever I have an issue I call the office and they take care of it that day or the next. Very fast and effective. as well as calling after to check and make sure everything was token care of. I love the variety of shopping centers and restaurants near by. Lovely location, great pool and indoor hot tub is amazing. Overall great place to live and call home.
