We will accept NON SMOKING GUESTS ONLY. No exceptions. Please do not try to represent yourself as "quitting or only occasionally smoking".

No pets permitted, not even for a visit. This is a Pet Free and Smoke Free space that we maintain. Please respect our furnished space and do not bring pets or smokers in our unit. Thank you!
No loud noise after 11pm.
Owners are awesome and live upstairs, so quick access with no middle man, but they give you your space. There is no access between the upstairs and down. They have their own entrance in the front of the house on Kentucky Ave. You will enter from your own driveway, on James Street in the back of the house. You will seldom encounter the owners, unless you need something. The upstairs is totally separate living space, completely locked off. You may hear muffled talking/walking above you at times, but they work hard to give you as much peace and quiet as possible. They will work with you to accommodate sleep schedules and plenty of quiet time. It has never been a problem, even with night shift travelers, just understand that people live above you.
