Looking to sublet my spacious bedroom with a personal bathroom at the Flats at West Village in Charlottesville, VA. I live with three other girls and wish to sublet my room from May 11tth to July 1, or any amount of time in between. I currently pay $804 per month (which can possibly be negotiated) which includes a $75 parking pass- which can be excluded if you do not need parking. The apartment is fully furnished and each person has their own suite with their own bathroom. We have a full washer/dryer, appliances, wood flooring, granite countertops, and a balcony. The apartment complex itself has many amenities including: fitness center, game rooms, study rooms, pet friendly, courtyards, fire pits, pool, hot tub, and party-hosting cafes and lounge areas.
