Bedroom C is available in a 3 bedroom 2-story apartment at on50, right across the street from University of South Florida Tampa campus. It has a shared bathroom downstairs, upstairs has kitchen, living room, washer/dryer unit and balcony.

I am willing to pay for February's rent. You can sublease the apartment from February 1 to August 1 this year. I left my toaster, coffee maker, etc. so you could use them. Application fee is $250.
