The central location is good. New management and ownership recently took over the property and are starting to make some positive changes.

Management is never in the office.
Here is my story... I hope it helps. I lived there from 7/2008 to 7/2009. I had hoped to move into an apartment closer to school. What I got was endless hassel. Within two months some one was shot in the head two buildings over. I thought it was just because I was in a bad neighboorhood. I accepted it because rent was cheap. From there things progressed from bad to worse. One thing I did learn from being there is that you have to make sure that you get a second floor apartment. I heard endless complaints from neighbors that had all sorts of things stolen from their porch. So, after a couple of months of dealing with the fire alarm going off in the middle of the night.. My girlfriend and I started getting used to the slum around us. Then when the apartment next to ours burnt down, the fire alarms failed to work. So, I told the office management. What did they do? They ended up charging me three times my water bill. I am assuming it was to pay for the water used to put out the fire. On my move out day, I was moving the last load to the new place, and I heard that framiliar sound of police helicopters hovering above. So, I locked the door and walked down the stairs, only to be greeted py barking police dogs chasing something throught the court yard. I packed my truck and managed to convince the cop to let me out of the barricaded apartment complex. From this point on, I will never look back.
