Amazing facility! Safe, clean, and fancy! The only problem is parking! The administration HAS TO solve this problem as soon as possible!!!
I own several properties at blue lagoon and it is the worst investment I have ever made for the sole reason that I have to deal with the rudeness and disrespectfulness of the young ladies in the office, I have worked with Yami and the other young lady who is never professional enough to even provide me her name. They are very nasty and have lack of any ounce of customer service. On one occasion I had to have appliance repair in one of my units and the problem got out of control when the girls from the association YELLED at the company and called them liars ( a company that I find very honest and have worked with for many many years at all my properties) . In the end the problem was that the association wanted a AC license from the company... Who was there to look at the DRYER!!!!!!!!!! after over an hour the company could still not get in to resolve my tenants problem. UNACCEPTABLE! this is just one of many bad experiences I have had with this company and the only good thing worth mentioning from that office is Melissa Paez. If not for her I would literally rather my properties get foreclosed on!!
Enjoyable place to live. Nice facilities etc etc. Nice campus next to the lake. Association can be burdensome at times however I think it is necessary given the neighborhood. Security is always present but I prefer that rather than having my car broken into our property damaged. Yes, guest have to pay to park but that is fine. Without the payment system individuals would take advantage of the system I've found living in Miami if you give people and inch they tend to take over a mile...
It is not a nice place to live anymore. First, there are no enough parking spaces for the residents and you spent time looking for a place to park every day. If you have two cars you can park just one of them in the assigned space, if you park the other car, even when it is registered, it will be towed. This is ridiculous, and doesn't help the residents. There are 6 stories of parking spaces that are almost empty all the time and visitors and residents are forced to park in the 6th level. No common sense at all. And the Board is still disabling visitor parkings to make unusefull stuff. Visitors have to pay $5 for parking (12 hours) even when no parking spaces are available and you have to come to security gate again to be allowed to park in loading zones. Cars are towed 1 minute after pass expires. It is abusive. Parking has become a serious problem for residents and the Board seems to do nothing about it. The other night we went to the pool and a security guard asked for our names and apartment FOUR times. It was like been in a Concentration Camp. That is insane. From time to time you can see notices in the elevator that doesn't contribute to the residents well-being but to worry them for what could be doing wrong.
