I just moved in and to be honest the office staff with the exception of one woman has been awesome. As far as the maintainence workers and the comment the one woman made about them it is a total lie I have had a very good expereince with the maintainence workers the same guy always comes to my apartment and he is always very sweet, helpful and always takes my concerns seriously and fixes everything exactly like it should be as far as I am concerned I feel he takes his job above and beyond his job duties.I have had no issues with any noise level problem and trust me if the noise was as bad as others claim it is my dog would bark non stop and he never barks at all.The gym is awesome and well maintained and the tanning bed is awesome as well.
I have never had an issue with the staff as others have mentioned in their reviews, always have been very helpful and friendly, as for the complex itself, the grounds are nice and maintained , the pools are great, its very quiet here, the apartment itself it good, as for the maintanace staff anytime I have ever had an issue! Anytime I have ever ever needed something fixed they been on top of it, even when I couldn't remember if I left my iron plugged in and couldn't get back right away and couldn't get back to my apartment I called the office and their maintanace staff went to make sure it wasn't still on, (which I appreciate greatly cause it was really freaking me out)! As for the fees u pay u are told upfront about them before you sign the leas. As for the comments about giving ur notice u are told and i not sure I believe u have to sign a paper about moving out and u are told u have to give a 60 day notice, its common sense, every place I have ever rented it has been a 60 day notice and at every apartment complex! So overall yes I say this us a great place to live I'd reccomend it to anyone!
So far I have had a pretty good experience although they do charge extra fees per month so in the end I am paying almost $100 more than my rent on pest control, garbage, and cable fees. The landscape is nice as well as it is a quiet neighborhood for the most part. The apartment itself is nice and has a nice screened patio with storage room. I haven't decided if I want to renew my lease yet though.
Smells like dog poop. They tore down the dilapidated tennis court where people took there dogs to play and run, and replaced it with.... NOTHING. Seasonal pool is only open part of the year, and at that, only open until 5pm (so much for a nice dip after work). Rent is WAY too high and they just keep raising it.... If I could get out, I would, but cant pay $1100+ per month (not including utilities) and come up with a big deposit for the next place.
Extra fees everywhere--tolerable at first--gets old real fast as lease goes on. Can't tell if it's laziness or they just want more money out of you, but they gave our paper to determine what we were doing (moving out or staying) in February, wasn't sure so my wife and I started looking around. We come up to the office four or five times in one month, not once did they mention that we never sent in the form we were supposed to do. they had nothing for us, no one had anything elsewhere in the time frame we needed. So we get something, life's good. go in to turn in my letter of intent to vacate. "oh no, you need to fill out the form" she says. "And since you're thirty days late, you need to pay a month to month fee for the month after you move out." Never was late on a payment, never did anything bad or disruptive, and still I was treated poorly. In my letter I actually said it was a decent place and teh scenery is nice, which it is--and as far as the apartment was concerned it was alright, nothing fancy, but I didn't want to complain and leave a bad taste in anyone's mouth. So here I am now saying, unless you want to pay for cable you never watch, pest fees for the pest control that does nothing, have crummy counter tops and broken appliances that they claim to get fixed immediately and then after two weeks of waiting it magically gets done right after you complain to the office, then sure. this place is great. I'm sure I'll get hit with insane charges for cleaning and repairs that I had marked down on the sheet they have you do to evaluate the place before you move in. They don't care about the tenants. This review would have been either non-existent or much nicer if they didn't decide to screw me over like this. And take my word for it, I've been moving in and out of apartments almost every year for the past 6 years--making my way from the east coast of Florida to the west it would seem. Never have I been treated like a number.
