I have been living at Meadow Creek Apartments for last 2 years and it has been simply the best apartment complex I have ever lived in. The amenities are excellent, the staff at meadow creek is very friendly and nice. The maintenance personal are also friendly and they respond very quickly. If anything break in the apartment or something needs servicing I can simply make a service request and maintenance person comes at said time and fixes things. The location of Apartment in Gunbarrel is also excellent, it close to many businesses and hence if you work nearby it's very convenient.
I'm a professional living in Boulder part-time and got a studio apartment at Meadow Creek to have a home away from home. Overall I think it's a good place to live, and it definitely meets my current needs. Atmosphere: It's not a new complex, but well-kept. the grounds are cared for, I have a mountain view and access to the pool/hot tub. My apartment is not fancy, and as a studio has no w/d or dishwasher, but everything is functional, clean, and updated. My dog is at home with my husband but this is a very dog-friendly community, with abundant grassy areas complete with dog pick-up bags and garbage bins. Not to mention lots of nearby trails and lakes. Apartment living: I expect in any apartment building to have a little too much knowledge about what my neighbors are up to. I can hear my downstairs neighbor sneeze, I can hear my upstairs neighbors' dogs get excited when they come home...but I do expect this, and in general my neighbors are all respectful; I don't hear blaring music or TV, it doesn't sound like anyone is sumo wrestling...it's just standard thumps and bumps, depending what room I'm in. Along with that, I do feel that the thermal situation in my apartment 'coasts' with what's going on around me, more than my own thermostat input. Mostly I'm comfortable. On the ground level I do feel like I can sense the cold creeping in via the foundation...mostly just direct contact with my sock feet. Once I cooked more than usual and it got ridiculously hot, but the AC has not been turned on for the season yet. Mostly: my water is hot when I need it hot, I can hang out undisturbed by the people nearby, I enjoy my views and my access to grocery stores and shops and bus, the grounds are cared for, and every service call I've put in has been responded to promptly and thoroughly. The workout room is respectable...not a full 24-hour fitness but also clean and functional. The cost is not as cheap as my home town but was pretty reasonable for Boulder and the access I wanted to have here. So far all the staff I've encountered have been very nice, personable, and helpful. The online interface makes paying rent easy (and my utilities are rolled into that), as well as making service requests and so forth. The area and the complex itself feel safe. I
Worst experience ever. Beside the infestation of spiders this place has horribe service no one ever answers the phone, and it'sextremely over priced You can find a nicer and cheaper spot downtown boulder. Nobody likes living here.besides that I ha e gotten stuff Taken from my car multiple times no a good location for families. And on top of it all the pool is green the hot tub is as well. if any wrote a good review about this place it was probably the owner or anyone that's hasn't been here, I've personally myself have been here for 8 months and I feel like I'm in the projects of new have ct again
One of the best team when it comes to solve the problems. I feel blessed with the service and support that I get from Leasing office and Support Staff. No doubt it is a amazing place to live since KingSooper, Medical Center and lots of restaurants are around. Also, schools are near by (with great school rating 9) for Kids. Overall amazing experience so far.
This place sucks. Spend the extra money and go somewhere else. I lived here for 15 months TOO LONG. Moved out last week, saw my 'final' statement. Don't plan on getting any of your deposit back, and expect to pay almost another months rent in fees when you move out. The staff doesn't know what they're doing 3/4 of the time, and the entire complex (while billed as smoke free community), smells like marijuana. You pay for everyone else's utilities, while I froze in the winter and was hot during the summer in fear of having a high bill, everyone else carried on and i was forced to pay whatever. Also, they make you have a ridiculously high bill allowance and you have to automatically have your money taken out of your bank account (without knowing what they will charge). WORST PLACE EVER! No compassion, or help. Save yourself the headache and don't move in.
