It been wonderful experience staying in Meadow Creek Apartment.. It's situated at wonderful location facing Rocky Mountains ! Customer service and helpdesk is extremely gentle and polite, they understand and quickly fix any problem that may occur during your stay in this wonderful apartments. Extremely recommended apartment in Boulder / Gunbarrel if you have school going kids. GreatSchool rated 9 schools are near by. King Soopers and Medical center is nearby incase you have any medical situation.
I have been living at Meadow Creek Apartments and it has been simply the best apartment complex. The amenities are excellent, the staff at meadow creek is very friendly and nice. The maintenance personal are also friendly and they respond very quickly. If anything break in the apartment or something needs servicing I can simply make a service request and maintenance person comes at said time and fixes things.
Quiet, clean, well maintained community of young professionals and young families. A request for help when I was accidentally locked out of my apartment arrived within a half hour. Friendly place for pets, less than a quarter mile from gas and groceries, and a less than fifteen minute drive to downtown Boulder.
My first real apartment after living in basements... It's sweet and I have a great view! If problems arise it's always easy to take care of with their customer support and maintenance hotline. Snow is removed quickly and efficiently after snow storms and the neighbors are friendly! The one thing I don't like...is paying for coin laundry. I struggle collecting enough quarters! ;)
I've got to say, hats off to these guys. I usually hate with a passion living in apartments because of the noise and litter, but this place is wicked clean, the maintenance guys take care of things ASAP, and I can come home at night after working all day to absolute silence and I LOVE it. The grounds are always neatly maintained, sidewalks are plowed, and people (for the most part) pick up after their pets. Lucy in the office is awesome by the way. The other people living here are for the most part, young professionals or quiet older folks, I have seen very few families here, which as a 23 year old, is nice. So no screaming kids. The hot tub is insanely hot, like burn your skin off hot, which I love. I can hear people in the hallway from my living room, but have never heard anyone from my bedroom. I can barely hear the TV sometimes from my neighbor's living room while in my living room, but it's almost not even worth mentioning since it has to be dead silent in there. I never hear cars ripping through the parking lot like at a lot of other complexes I've been at (looking at you, apartment in Orlando literally built around your parking garage). The only problem with noise is the train nearby which sometimes comes through honking the horn at like 3 am, but again, not that huge of a deal. The fact that it's only 10 minutes from Boulder if that, often times less, and I'm paying about 200 a month less than if I were to be living in the city, you can't beat the price. Definitely recommend this place, and this is coming from a guy that has almost always lived in a house and any time I've had to live in an apartment for school or something, I've despised it.
