I've got to say, hats off to these guys. I usually hate with a passion living in apartments because of the noise and litter, but this place is wicked clean, the maintenance guys take care of things ASAP, and I can come home at night after working all day to absolute silence and I LOVE it. The grounds are always neatly maintained, sidewalks are plowed, and people (for the most part) pick up after their pets. Lucy in the office is awesome by the way. The other people living here are for the most part, young professionals or quiet older folks, I have seen very few families here, which as a 23 year old, is nice. So no screaming kids. The hot tub is insanely hot, like burn your skin off hot, which I love. I can hear people in the hallway from my living room, but have never heard anyone from my bedroom. I can barely hear the TV sometimes from my neighbor's living room while in my living room, but it's almost not even worth mentioning since it has to be dead silent in there. I never hear cars ripping through the parking lot like at a lot of other complexes I've been at (looking at you, apartment in Orlando literally built around your parking garage). The only problem with noise is the train nearby which sometimes comes through honking the horn at like 3 am, but again, not that huge of a deal. The fact that it's only 10 minutes from Boulder if that, often times less, and I'm paying about 200 a month less than if I were to be living in the city, you can't beat the price. Definitely recommend this place, and this is coming from a guy that has almost always lived in a house and any time I've had to live in an apartment for school or something, I've despised it.
One of the best team when it comes to solve the problems. I feel blessed with the service and support that I get from Leasing office and Support Staff. No doubt it is a amazing place to live since KingSooper, Medical Center and lots of restaurants are around. Also, schools are near by (with great school rating 9) for Kids. Overall amazing experience so far.
Moved into an apartment at Meadow Creeks about a month ago and already love the place. The perks are great, e.g. year round hot tub, pet friendly and up to date appliances. Very spacious apartments and location is great, only a 15-20 min drive to downtown Boulder. Maintenance is also speedy and courteous.
meadow creek popped up @ just the right time... beautiful community, perfect location just outside of Downtown with beautiful views, great staff.. highly recommend!
I work in the multifamily housing industry and recently moved to Colorado to accept a promotion. I spent a few months looking at housing in the area had the opportunity to tour a few places when I took vacation right before I moved. Again, I work in the industry - I had very high standards when touring the various properties I had in mind. Meadow Creek not only met, but exceeded all of my expectations. The staff was welcoming, knowledgeable, and incredibly accommodating with my moving schedule. I was able to see the exact unit I was moving into and they performed my move-in inspection with me when I finally made it to Colorado. The few issues I had at move in were addressed the next business day and their maintenance team took care of every concern I had. Communication with the staff has been fantastic. The community itself is immaculately kept and the residents very friendly. It's tucked away behind a business park so it's nice and quiet in the evening when I get home, but it's still only a 5 minute walk to the store. It's near transportation and close enough to Boulder to be convenient, but far enough away you're not caught up in the bustle. I'm looking forward to my stay here! UPDATE: I've lived here about a year now and am still so pleased with my decision to live at Meadow Creek. I transferred to a smaller unit a few months ago and management was fantastic about making the process quick, easy, and painless. I'm excited to call it home for another year.
