I have been living at Meadow Creek Apartments and it has been simply the best apartment complex. The amenities are excellent, the staff at meadow creek is very friendly and nice. The maintenance personal are also friendly and they respond very quickly. If anything break in the apartment or something needs servicing I can simply make a service request and maintenance person comes at said time and fixes things.
My first real apartment after living in basements... It's sweet and I have a great view! If problems arise it's always easy to take care of with their customer support and maintenance hotline. Snow is removed quickly and efficiently after snow storms and the neighbors are friendly! The one thing I don't like...is paying for coin laundry. I struggle collecting enough quarters! ;)
I've got to say, hats off to these guys. I usually hate with a passion living in apartments because of the noise and litter, but this place is wicked clean, the maintenance guys take care of things ASAP, and I can come home at night after working all day to absolute silence and I LOVE it. The grounds are always neatly maintained, sidewalks are plowed, and people (for the most part) pick up after their pets. Lucy in the office is awesome by the way. The other people living here are for the most part, young professionals or quiet older folks, I have seen very few families here, which as a 23 year old, is nice. So no screaming kids. The hot tub is insanely hot, like burn your skin off hot, which I love. I can hear people in the hallway from my living room, but have never heard anyone from my bedroom. I can barely hear the TV sometimes from my neighbor's living room while in my living room, but it's almost not even worth mentioning since it has to be dead silent in there. I never hear cars ripping through the parking lot like at a lot of other complexes I've been at (looking at you, apartment in Orlando literally built around your parking garage). The only problem with noise is the train nearby which sometimes comes through honking the horn at like 3 am, but again, not that huge of a deal. The fact that it's only 10 minutes from Boulder if that, often times less, and I'm paying about 200 a month less than if I were to be living in the city, you can't beat the price. Definitely recommend this place, and this is coming from a guy that has almost always lived in a house and any time I've had to live in an apartment for school or something, I've despised it.
One of the best team when it comes to solve the problems. I feel blessed with the service and support that I get from Leasing office and Support Staff. No doubt it is a amazing place to live since KingSooper, Medical Center and lots of restaurants are around. Also, schools are near by (with great school rating 9) for Kids. Overall amazing experience so far.
They STOLE FROM US. They Overcharged us one month because they "accidentally" charged us the month the month rent price when we had actually (reluctantly) renewed our lease the prior month. If you are on a lease it is much cheaper than month to month. The over charging was 100% their fault but they refused to refund us the money for the month which we desperately needed because we live paycheck to paycheck (Their mistake made for one very difficult month for us money wise). Even though they admitted they overcharged us and that it was their mistake...... They messed up and wouldn't refund us that month but we figured it would turn out OK since we now had credit from them for next month. They also charged us a 150$ LATE FEE (for the extra money that we didn't actuallyowe) because they charged us the month to month cost, when we were in fact on a lease and payed what was expected of us on time. So not only did we have to pay the extra money we didn't actually owe them we ALSO had to pay a 150$ late fee that we didn't technically owe either. They claimed that we would just have to pay the late fee that month as well as the extra charges we didn't owe, because they couldn't take it off the system but they said they would credit the extra charges toward next month's rent........ which has been a huge headache to figure out since we got nothing in writing (big mistake). Our co signers (our parents) auto pay $1,200 on the first of the month so the complex told us that we wouldn't have to worry next month about paying anything as long as our cosigners payed their $1,200 which they did. The complex screwed up again and forgot that we payed an unjust 150$ late fee the month before so we still owed 55$ because they messed up once again. They seem to have lost the 150$ late fee we payed that we really didn't even owe. We didn't check the balance left on our account because after the 1,200 our cosigners payed the rest of the rent was to be completely covered by our credit they had for us. This is what they told us. Now the MOST infuriating part is we just had to pay ANOTHER late fee of 150$ today because 55$ wasn't payed because of once again, THEIR MISTAKE! Once they tack on a late fee you can't pay what you owe without paying the late fee as well (this way they can keep adding late fees). Now they are saying they can't help us and they just keep sending us to people who claim they can't help us. We are out a lot of money and are going to have to take them to small claims court unless they agree to dismiss this months late fee and credit our account for the remainder of what they owe us from last months unjust late fee. (By the way if you are even 1minute late on rent you are charged an outrageous 150$ fee which is disgusting on their part especially since they "forget" to mention this when you sign the lease.) Overall I really do NOT recommend, this place. This hasn't been our only problem but has been our worst! P.S I wish I could give them negative stars, also they charge OUTRAGEOUS rent for the location and quality. There are NO windows and it feels like living in a dungeon/ prison cell. It is a very depressing setup.
