I will be renting out one of the room in the house of Alpha Gamma Omega Fraternity for Winter and Spring Quarter. The address of the house is 515 Landfair Ave. Los Angeles 90024.

The house and the room is fully furnished. It is literally 3min walking distance to UCLA campus. The Alpha Gamma Omega is a dry fraternity, so the living environment is nice and quiet all the time. The house has 6 restrooms, 1 library, two kitchens, and one living room.

Three people can live in this room fairly comfortably since it is one of the largest room of the house. The room currently has two sofas, two mattresses, two desks, two chairs, and two closets. I highly recommend finding at least one other roommate, since the room is too big for just one tenant. You need to look for roommates yourself.

The rent is only $1450/month.
