*Be prepared to provide the following proof of income at least 3 times the rental rate, i.e. Paystubs, etc. We will obtain a employment verification release.
*Applicants who are self employed must provide 3 years tax returns.
*Back ground and Credit checks are required. If you have had a prior eviction it will not approve you.
*Previous rental references are required.
*Home does not come supplied with a refrigerator. You may rent one or buy one.
*Homes are periodically inspected.

Online applications only start the application process. If we do not receive all of the needed documents for processing and proof of identification within 24 hours, we will move on to the next application on file. Time is of the essence. Only Full applications will reserve the property.
SECURITY DEPOSIT NOTICE-
Once approved, the prospective tenant has 48 hours to submit the full security deposit. This deposit must be paid in full with certified funds (money order, cashier's check, Zelle or cash). No personal checks are accepted. The property will not be taken off the market until the full security deposit is collected.
