Please, by all means, landlords, homeowners, and potential renters: stay clear of this company! They do not return phone calls within any reasonable amount of time, they leave you hanging and feel no remorse or guilt about it whatsoever. They choose terrible renters leaving you with the mess. I would never, ever use this company again to handled my rental properties. As a retired realtor, I give you my warning now. I am glad I made a report to the Better Business Bureau. Please folks, go there first and make sure the BBB knows about their tactics.

DO NOT RENT!!! The 2 ladies in charge are rude and do not care about you whatsoever. You will be lucky if they even care enough to give you 5 minutes of time to tell them about a maintenance issue or that you have bees living in the walls that they don't seem to think is a huge problem. I had bees living in the wall and I called about it twice and they did nothing until one of their maintenance guys what painting the outside of the building and saw the nest and the swarm. Then their idea of fixing it was caulking up the holes in my window where the bees were congregating. So when over the course of the next 2 days I got stung multiple times I called again and said there was still a bee problem and I heard nothing for days my boyfriend and I had to take care of the problem ourselves with sprays and swatters and any other measure we could think of. Finally after they bees seemed to be mostly gone they sent someone over to vacuum up the bee corpses and patted themselves on the back for great work. This was just one of many problems I had over the course of my year renting from them, ranging from a persistent broken fridge, a running toilet, inconsistent heat that is shared with other tenants who are not roommates and the fact that I was the only person in the building without a parking spot. Just horrible. Do not rent from them if you can help it.

Some of my bad experience renting from AIM Corp was my landlord but AIM Corp comes with their own problems. They are just hard to rent from. Nothing is online, they don't notify you when you have a late payment, and when one of my roommates was overpaying they never notified her. She realized she was over paying when we were all talking about it. It's just a mess to rent from them. I don't recommend it.

DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE! I am a previous renter, we had several issues with the property when we moved in that they assured were going to be taken care of but never were. 1) Animals living in the drop ceiling area- contacted AIM several times about it, said they were going to take care of it... never did. 2) Nails sticking up from the floor through the carpet through out the house.. again, they said they would fix the issue, never did. 3) Every single time we contacted maintenance about our home, they never even came. After a while my roommate and I were just thinking screw them we will have others help us. 4) Our house was unbearably hot during the summer so we were told we would have two window air conditioning units dropped off... that never happened. THEN when we moved out, we got charged for those two window units that we never saw! And they refuse to reimburse us still! On top of that.. Ruth is rude and has a stick up her a**! DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE THEY WILL TRY TO SUCK MONEY OUT OF YOU FOR NO REASON! After complaining about the company to friends, I find out those friends had also got screwed, worse than my roommate and I, by AIM Corp.

If I could rate this business 0 stars i would. Anything that could go wrong has. We started out in an apartment on cedar and locust. We were moved from this house due to the fact that the ceiling over the bathroom fell in. Something which we found out later had been noted but nothing was done before we moved in. We called AIM and discussed the problem multiple times with the ladies in the office. So figuring that this was just a problem with that particular apartment we were allowed to break the lease for that apartment ( Something that they were not willing to do until we threatened with calling the city inspector). We were then moved into another apartment a few blocks away. The upkeep/maintenance on this apartment was terrible as well. As for professionalism in this company there is none. Any problem we have had is met with resistance in solving. As I type this I am currently during to get a hold of the AIM office due to the fact that we have completely lost hot water. Both my wife and I have called AIM multiple times and left messages as to whats going on multiple times. Its now been over 14 hours since I placed my first call with message and I have yet to even receive a call giving some sort of acknowledgement of our problem.
