Lived here from early 2011 to early 2012.
Staff was friendly and professional, yet seemed reluctant to help with anything after signing your lease.
If you want to paint the walls, go for it. Obviously, you must paint them back before leaving. However, they have a deal with the Sherwinn-Williams down Duke Street, which is the 'only' vendor that carries their color, so be wary.
All-in-all, the apartment itself was very nice. The interior was well maintained if not a bit dated. The same could be said about the appliances. I'd live here again if the price couldn't be beat by apartments that had more square footage.
The gym was also well maintained and had the basics: treadmills, free weights and a few machines. The pool and grills were also well maintained.
Great place to live but for Military member to get out of there lease they make you pay back military discount. Be aware of that when you get orders
I lived at Windsor at Arbors for 13 months and my experience there was very positive. My apartment was extremely clean when I moved in and I never had any maintenance problems. The property manager, Chelsea, and her staff were exceptionally friendly and professional. The shuttle service to the Metro was reliable and the facilities were always well kept. I would recommend the complex to anyone who wishes to live in the area.
