The house is right up the street from UW on 17th and 55th, taking about 10-15 minutes to walk to campus. There are 3 floors, 9 bedrooms, 3 baths, 3 kitchens, and 2 living rooms with fireplaces. The kitchens have been recently renovated with marble counter tops and new tile floors.

Perfect size room with a nice closet. I currently have a full size bed and a dresser in the room, and if you want/need the furniture will come with a small fee and it will be yours. Please email me ASAP if interested and we'll set up a time for a house tour.
