I can not believe this place! First when moving in the pet deposit was absolutely insane. I paid it anyway. I found out that most of my neighbors we drug addicts and drug users.. Most of them have felonies in other states and still live there. None of the car gates close and the walkin gates have no knobs on them with lock. Probably explains how just thugs from the apartment complex near Dairy Queen just walked right in and stole our bikes THREE different times! My poor 8 year old autistic son cried his eyes out for three nights in a row! They charge you for any tiny thing and leave notes on your door about the smallest stuff but still let trash move in there and dont fix what needs to be done in the home. Ive had a leak in my ceiling, my dishwasher and disposal dont function properly and every single outlet doesnt hold a cord in it. NOT TO MENTION OUR POOLS BEING CLOSED NEARLY ALL SUMMER!! (one of the reasons why I moved in was for the pools because of my kids) I really thought I would sign another year lease, but after the down stairs neighbor was high on drugs and broke into another neighbors house to run from the cops, and he STILL lives there, I WILL NOT! How could you raise the rent on a crap-hole like this?!?! I can't sleep most nights because I am afraid of my home being broken into. Living here has caused me extreme anxiety and insomnia! I pay my rent on time, keep my apartment clean, I am a great quiet tenant and I am very upset about my sons bike! They have done nothing to fix any of these problems... DO NOT MOVE IN HERE! RUN AS FAR FROM HERE AS YOU CAN!
Massive roach problem and the drug dealers and hood mentality is out of control.
I think we all need a management overall reform on all shitty managers
I hate everything about this place. The management sucks! They are rude and two faced. I agree with the previous comment that they are nice at the start and then as you begin to settle in you start to see their true colors. I have lived in this complex for going on two years now, and I have had it with these people. It took them more than a month to fix a leaky faucet! Seriously! I had contacted the office numerous times to remind them that my faucet was leaking, and every time they would say that there's a work order for it but the maintenance men are really busy. So yes I could understand that, which is why I understood why it didn't get fix right away, but a month! Come on! Lynette (the main manager) lives onsite and I'm sure that if she needs something fixed in her apartment, it would be top priority! The owners of this complex needs to not only fix the many problems inside the apartments, but they need to get rid of the trash they have working in the office!
Horrible management, Avoid this place like a plague. When they are nice, it's very fake and any other time they always act and treat you like you are wasting their time. The apartments themselves look great for the first week then you start to notice everything wrong, like the fact the bathroom ceiling leaks constantly, or the millions of roaches living in the air vents and kitchen appliances (I refuse to wash dishes in the dishwasher, everytime i open it there's 10-20 roaches running around. gnats are plague in every drain. it's impossible to get rid of them in the bathroom since the ceiling is a constant supply of water. almost every electrical socket was so old that when i plugged something into it, the just caved into the wall. When i took the wall plate off, the entire fixture just fell out! I would not park at the complex. every week or so all my gas would be gone from my car. also you better not get on their bad side, if you do. don't expect anything to ever be fixed. the "pest control" from the apartment sprayed one squirt of "bug spray" under both sinks then left. hello? there were no bugs under the sinks. the problem was in the air vents and drains. when the a/c went out in the dead of summer, it wasn't fixed for a week, and our food disposal has been broken for a few months now. They have also broken Texas law. they put a door boot on our knob WHILE we were going to the main office (a minute's walk away) to pay rent. We weren't late or anything and it was well before the office closed. When we got back, would couldnt even get inside to feed our cat for two days. what if there was a baby inside? we had to call the office 4 times, had to miss two days of work before the boot was finally removed. There wasn't even an apology. That was the last straw for us and we are moving out as soon as we can. I suggest you do the same and avoid this place like the plague.
