Also private is a bathroom with a shower/ clawfoot tub.
The front porch is shared.
The neighborhood is supremely walk-able, run-able and bike-able. You can walk through Albemarle Park to see one of the most celebrated Arts and Crafts neighborhoods in the country. Grove Park neighborhood is also nearby. Or you can walk downtown easily.
The house has a lot of nature and greenery around it. Its a super cool spot.
Getting Around
Off street parking is available for free. Cabs are $6.00 to downtown. A lot of folks enjoy getting a ride down and then walking back
Other Things to Note
The upstairs and downstairs presently use the same front entrance. In the future, I will build a wall and door to completely separate the units in a few weeks. Presently there is a wooden and glass screen in the front hallway separating the two units. It seems to be working very well for now. Pets are allowed but inquire for details.
