Villa royale kenosha is alo owned by ch ventures"STAY AWAY worst property ever, Worst mainenanace ever seen" can I rate in minus stars. Full of excuses, have to pay high utility bill bcoz of old equipments and poor windows and door sealing...... worst apartment ever.

We just signed our third lease here and love it! Our apartment is huge and spacious, we love the layout. There are NO other apartments around here that can compare, NONE. Plus, we have a garage, and our designated parking space is right in front of our door. Maintenance is amazing. When it snows, the snow is cleared right away, I locked myself out of the apartment once when we first moved in and maintenance came very late at night to let me in. Landscaping is kept up very well during the summer, it always looks very nice. The office staff is great, very friendly. Our neighbors are very friendly as well. I have zero complaints about this apartment complex, there is nothing that would make me want to leave here. Oh, the pool and fitness areas are amazing.. I've held a small party in the community room and it was great, such a nice feature to have! I have no idea how anyone can have any complaints about Villa Royale, seriously. I live at Villa Royal apartments 4 years. I love it here. My apartment is huge! the grounds are pretty and clean. The new maintenance man is really sweet and very good. The office is always helpful and they try to keep the place going smooth. I have had the same neighbors for 4 years so I don't know about these lame reviews. if it is so bad, why do you stay? I heard the rents were going up, but I only got a 21 dollar raise. I checked the area for a better price, but the apartments were small and no garage. the place next door is the same layout, but it's creepy over there. the back of the property is too dark. I just signed for my 5th year. yes the hot tub is out a lot. it works but goes out all the time. but the fitness center and saunas are the bomb!

The worst property management company ever.

I love it here very nice apartments. We have had a couple problems technical and the maintance comes within the hour to fix it. Wonderfull......! There are tons of kids in that neighborhood that are super sweet kids for my daughter to play with..Only complaint is that the hot tub has not worked since I moved in and I feel like that should work if I am paying for it! I would recommend to anyone though anytime!
