What a wonderful location! Just off pavement in much sought after Putney! From the huge rear deck, you can relax and enjoy the view and privately lie in the sun or watch the stars. The yard is a terrific place to play or garden, have your very own pond and gently rolls by the fruit trees for a natural sledding slope. The garage is big enough for toys, and has a walk out lower level for easy access to storage. The owners have added a fabulous family room with soaring ceiling and windows everywhere for light and air! It has it's own deck and a beautiful view of the side yard. The main floor master has it's own bath and is tucked away at 1 end of the home for privacy. Surprise! The lower level is just waiting to be finished! Some finish has been completed, but more could be done to expand the living space and create a lovely patio area from the walk out. The central wood stove in the basement keeps the whole house warm and toasty. This is a Putney home not to be missed.
