I have lived her for over a year and it's pretty quiet in the backside of the complex. I can definitely see that parking is awful if you live in the front by the leasing office but further back it's just fine. The staff is always really friendly and helpful. I would love it they would update their gym amenities though and the heat in the pool has been off most of this summer (which is fine since it's summer). I haven't had to call maintenance too often but they have always quickly come in and fixed things while I was away. I do have to admit that they must be older apartments because the water shuts down somewhat regularly due to leaking pipes. Hopefully with all the work on them, it'll get sorted soon. It's much better noise wise than many other apartments I've lived at here in town, though the person who said the water being turned on between apartments can be loud. Definitely close your bathroom door if you are trying to sleep! But I never actually hear my neighbors outside of their water when they are showering or whatnot.
Yall are haters. It's a pet friendly, but surprisingly quiet place. The pool is sometimes happening but why wouldnt it be? They have done some upgrades since I've been here that can be inconvenient but it all made sense. Very reasonable and kind staff. If theres illegal stuff going down I haven't seen it.
My wife and I have lived here for two years now. The staff is very friendly and honestly the best we have ever delt with, the maintenance is quick to respond within reason. The grounds are very well kept, it feels safe at night, great trees outside your windows. Sadly that's where it stops. The apartment we have been living in had/has HEAVY water damage. I'm not sure what happened before we moved in but the entire floors were replaced. There is absolutely no ventilation in the bathroom so mold builds quickly if you don't keep up with it. Water to the entire complex is shut off constantly due to terrible pipes that were installed when this place opened. Sadly the staff always gets hassled for this even though its not their fault which I understand. I do wish though that the owners of the property would somehow compensate the tenants for the constant water interruptions. Appliances are old, cabinets need to be updated. Most of ours are warped due to water damage. We would keep living here if these issues were fixed but sadly it's going to take more than I think the owners of the property want to spend to rectify the issues. I wish we could take all of the staff and move them with us to a new location. This would be a great place to live if they just drop the price a bit more for what you're getting.
It's not a bad place to live. There are a few issues but what apartment complex does not have issues? The people writing all these bs drug and crime comments must have been evicted for something they did. We do have new neighbors who are the type of people who will mos likely get evicted.
Pro's: The grounds are well-kept and it is centrally located. Sandra, the leasing agent, is professional and always helpful. Cons: Parking is a disaster, car theft runs rampant throughout the parking lot, the water gets shut off for extended periods of time ALL the time, and not a family friendly environment. I wish I would have read the reviews before I decided to live here for a year. Initially, I was impressed with the fact that management was very "anti-crime." I signed several papers along with the lease papers stating that I would only have a certain amount of individuals in my apartment at one time, I would not use drugs on the premises, and that security was available 24 hours a day. This was all a bunch of bologna. My car was broken into ten times within the first three weeks of living there, and when I asked about security performing checks, I was starting to realize "security" didn't exist. Unbeknownst to me, I lived next to a crack/meth dealer for three months. I obtained the police report because I felt my safety was in danger, and the list went on and on...hypodermic needles in the residence and on the porch, intent to distribute meth and crack, and several other serious drug offenses in apartment 1308. The business office in the leasing office is a joke. Nothing works. Good luck visiting the pool in the summertime as residents feel the need to invite their entire extended family, and management does not enforce anything. Staff are rude and they make you feel like you are inconveniencing them. Don't judge a book by it's cover. They appear to be decent apartments but you will pay for it in the end. RUN!
