~~~"Read This Before Coming Here"~~~ STAY AWAY!!! These are individually owned condos that are micromanaged by the horrible HOA, here's why: 1-New policy is that absolutely noooo animals are allowed on premises, i'm not just talking about cats and dogs, if you already own anything like a fish tank they want a deposit per fish, or birds, or anything, I should back charge the HOA for the unwanted roaches. 2-If you are a renter or even an owner, if your AC goes out or you want to move or something happens on a Sunday, they don't allow you to do it, I just had the maintenance technician from the property management company come over on Sunday, keep in mind they manage many units in this property and the security guard told him he is not allowed to work here on Sundays, Mind you it was my AC that broke in the hot summer with a 1 week old baby in the home. 3-Security is a joke, they walk around with guns and the whole nine, stop people from legitimately working on Sundays (what if that's my only day off? what then?) but yet all my neighbors smoke weed all day on their porch, drink, throw all off their trash everywhere, what is security really doing here? 4-When they are working on the building for issues, for example they had to shut off the water, it's nice they give you a notice with a time frame which is required, but the last 2 instances the time frame stated a specific date from 10am until 1pm and guess what, you hold from showering, doing laundry, using the toilet, anything water related during those times, to find out they never shut it off at that time, they shut it off after 3pm when least expected, I have worked construction many times with occupied units and that is totally against the rules. 5-Amenities: The Jacuzzi has not worked since I have been here for going on 3 years, Gym is a joke, about 4 treadmills total, but only 1 works, you cant use any of the weight machines because the are missing the rod to set it at whatever weight you would like. tennis courts are all messed up, volley ball court has no net, 6-And last but not least, your car will most likely get towed at least one time while being here, after a big ordeal of them taking my brothers car illegally, we threatened everybody, HOA, the towing company but now at least which I am grateful for is that they give you a 24 hour notice to move your car, before it was just bye bye, wake up find your car missing, call out of work, spend money to bail out car. 7-And I saw somebody wrote it's a quiet neighborhood, HAAAA!!!! I have seen so many cop invasions in this place, I think the worst was when the whole Orange County SWAT team was here, about 2 or 3 months ago, they had armored vehicles, men suited with huge assault rifles and body armor, this place is a hot drug haven, undercover cops are always here, reports regarding break in are always posted, GOOGLE it yourself, there was a murder here, sooooo many things, and your telling me this is a quiet neighborhood, that person must not live here and work in the HOA writing good reviews for potential residents. And that is the experience I have had living here at Venetian Place Condominiums I am just here because its central to what we do but I am looking for a better place to go, trust me, im desperate to leave
This is the worst place I have ever lived in. The apt was dirty when we moved, it wasn't inspected, even the receptionist said it when she thought I wasn't listening. We spent the first six months fixing and calling them because of the dirty and a disgusting situation of the apt. We had to paint and fix most of the walls and tables. Roaches were the owners before we got there. The management company is completely disorganized and only attend situations when is convenient for them. We even got a summons because the apt was foreclosed and we didn't know until a lawyer showed up in our door. My roomate's car was almost stolen, but one of the neighbors scared the criminal away. The security is only until 2 am, after that you are on your own. The maintenance of public areas and 1 of the pools is not that bad (the only two semi-good things about this place). On lady was robbed inside her apt, while I was living there and a car was stolen. PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE and I know you probably see this all the time, but save yourself the stress and pain of dealing with these people. They are completely unprofessional and disorganized. The last part is that they might not give us our full deposit because the apartment was not in good condition. WE PAINTED, CLEANED AND REVIVED THAT APARTMENT. Definitively an awful and bad experience.
This place is fine i live here still its very quiet but there are always blackouts in the apartments
this place is just full of shit !!! these apartments are disgusting and broken down and dirty worse place ever yo !!!
My fiance and I rented from an outside management company so our experience with maintanance wasn't as bad. We did however have the hallway light outside our door not work for the first 2 months that we lived there. We called the front office constantly to have it fixed. Our problem was the lack of security this place provided. Within the first month of moving in someone had attempted to steal my motorcycle which prompted me to move it to a safer location after being repaired. Spoke with the security guys about this issue and they even told me not to keep my bike there as it was an unsafe area. Even with a police station right up the road we were constantly subjected to the sounds of street racing at all hours day or night. Neighbors found it a nessicity to be rude and loud at all hours. They have gates but the neighbors who live in the community found them more of a burden and would constantly ram them and break them rather than pay $25 for a gate card. In my building alone meghbors would smoke pot in the breezeway and hover around outside my front door rather than their own and have a conversation so loud that I could hear it over my on television. While the apartment itself was very nice I would recomend going elsewhere or if this is a last resort install a security system and have a gun on your nightstand if you must move in. Never felt safe and secure at this place.
