This management company was changed from Flowers Creek which was a wonderful company that actually cared about the residents to Sundance Creek where I have had awful experiences. I moved from this company because they increased the prices. I paid a dog fee with the previous company of $500 and was suppose to get $100 refunded to me when I moved. When I called to find out what was going on with my refund, the new company claims they could not find the prior paperwork of a dog fee being paid. Now, the bad part is I upgraded to another apartment with Sundance Creek with the same dog and did not have to pay the fee because at the time they had seen that I had paid with the previous company. I also have my prior lease with the company showing the dog fee was paid. They don't want to see it and claim it is not the same as an actually receipt. I continued to get on them about what they owe me, then a 1 1/2 year after I had moved away from Sundance Creek they sent me to a collection agency stating I owe them $503. When I called to find out what was going on, they say it was the move out fee for damages that clearly had not been incurred. When I took the keys to them, they had done the walk through and verified everything was ok. Be careful moving to this complex, they become angry when you move out. They will add money when you don't owe it and will refuse to give any refund if they owe.
This is a lovely community and in a great location. You are close to grocery stores, restaurants, and other little shops. I really enjoyed living at Sundance Creek. The staff are very nice and helpful. The townhomes are big and spacious.
This is a great community. The staff and maintenance crew are top notch. The townhome style living is a step above apartment living. If you are looking for a home with no stairs then this is not the place for you. But if stairs aren't an issue then this is a great place to call home. My Family and I have been here since October '12.
Do not move hear. This company will attempt to scam you out of money when you try to leave the property. We lived on this property for 3 years. Never had any problems, when we moved off the premises, 2 years later we received a bill from a collections agency stating we owe money over $500. Nothing was wrong with the property and they claim they could not reach us even though our phone number has been the same for the last 20 years. Here is the kicker we had a pet and were suppose to be refunded $100 from the $500 paid according to contract. They claims they have no record of us paying this amount so they cant give a refund. If you have issue such as this don't bother calling corporate because they are all on the same team.
