Management is awesome and friendly as can be. Especially considering all that they have on their plates. But have had several problems with residents and their guests after the office closes. Maybe a security guard would help. Ive had several times that if it weren't for my self-defense training i would have been car jack or robbed. Police said they didn't actually see it and i wasn't hurt that there's not a problem.
Well, it seemed nice enough for the price. However, I moved in July and the air would not cool the apartment lower than 90. Had to live with that for a week with bs excuses from maintenance. The Lady in the office said, "It's summer and really hot outside and she said it was hot in her office." Not my problem... Second, they will tow you at the drop of a hat, residents and visitors alike. I had some paint wear on my hood and they said that I needed to either have my car repainted or get it towed. I had to sell my car because I couldn't afford to have it repainted at the time. 3. Rats or mice=whatever it was. Said they would tell the bug guy when he came in...What? when he came in, that could be weeks! 4.) finally DO NOT BELIEVE them when they said that if you clean your own carpets you can deduct the 50 cleaning fee. That is total crap. I spent the money to rend a steamer and spent a few hours doing it, provided them with a receipt for the rental. A few weeks later I get the move out bill and of course I was charged for it, I left that place spotless and they charged me for a bunch of crap. the staff changed regularly and no one had a clue, even the ones who seemed like they had been managers elsewhere...Fath properties are the worst properties I have ever lived at in my life. I would never live there again.
This complex has the worst management and you least knowledgeable maintenance staff out of any complex I've ever lived in! From day one I knew we were going to have problems when we started having leaks that couldn't be repaired, the pool out front of our apartment was drained, and the management was trying to snoop in my apartment everyday for the first week.
