I still live here please don't waste your time with this place is filled with drug peddlers loud neighbors roaches. Complaints go unheard washers and dryers most don't work no signs to tell you they are broke put your money in and take a chance. Landscapers come at 8am Thursday and start at your bedroom Windows with leaf blowers (wakes up my two year old)complained 8 times now nothing being done. My car has been broken into twice and had gas stolen a few times. There are better places to live for cheaper the ONLY reason I live here is because there is no breed restrictions. I have a pit bull mix one of the only apartments that would let me keep her. The ONLY plus no breed restrictions.
I love my apartment yes there are roches but not that much very quite and management is great
In my personal opinion, this was a horrible place to live. To start with, when I moved in, the cleaning lady left early, and I had to clean the apartment myself. There were weird powders in the kitchen cabinets, and all kinds of bug killers. No matter how many times I would spray, there were always tons of roaches and spiders and critters. Come to find out, the bug guy was fired for not doing his job. Even after getting a new one, it still was infested. Additionally, when I moved in, the shower did not work correctly. It would go extremely hot, and then ice cold every 7 seconds. I had to put in 5 work orders for it because they said it was "fixed". It never really did get fixed in the 6 months that I lived there. Turns out those guys were fired as well for not doing their job. Ironically, I saw that my full jar of coins was missing just before they were fired. I didn't report it because I couldn't prove anything. About a month into living there I noticed that there was mold in the bathroom. They hid it by painting over it. And did it again when it popped up during month 5. The apartment itself was not up to code when I moved in, as there was no fire extinguisher until they did in "inspection" during month 5. They proceeded to tell me about this surprise inspection with a note on my door. No phone call, no nothing. While living at Lincoln Heights, I noticed that everything the neighbors did, I could hear. Walking, talking, TV, you name it. My car was broken into, and they stole my registration and insurance car. Luckily nothing was broken. When my lease was finally up, I told the office manager that I wanted to be there for the walk through when they did it. They decided to do it while I was at the store. They moved the fridge into the living room, leaving a trail of water in its path. When I looked to see where the fridge was, there was a large area of roaches, dead and on the floor. When I went into the office to confront him about he, he said that it was already done, and that while nothing was damaged, it needed to be cleaned. When I told him I wanted it in the report that I was NOT present for the inspection like I wanted, he told me that it was fine and needed to be cleaned. He was very rude and pushy. All in all I would not recommend this place for anyone to live. I did not feel safe here. It was a huge hassle for me trying to get just the bare minimum done. Not a good experience.
Good place to live..nice and quiet
