We liked staying at Estates at Tanglewood apartments. We were there for 3 Years and stayed in a 1Bedroom apartment and later shifted to a 2 Bedroom apartment. Only 2 issues- 1 ] We were not able to flush toilet paper in the toilets at the both the apartments (in Phase I & II). The toilet got clogged each time we flushed the toilet paper. We were informed by the maintenance person that this was because of the old styled toilets. So basically, all the dirty toilet paper ended-up in the trash can which was really unhygienic. They could not fix the issue. 2] The neighbours downstairs were quite rude and kept banging out floor each time our tiny 9 months old toddler crawled. We did complain to the Management. This basically has nothing to do with the apartment but we just unlucky to have really rude neighbours. But overall a good stay and we loved the trails and kid's play areas near our apartment.
If I could leave 0 stars I would. These are by far the worst apartments ever. For the tremendous rent rates too! The office staff are horribly rude every time there's a situation brought to their attention. Everything is "out of their control" I rented one of their storage units that are strictly for storage no parking and it was flooded from water draining down the parking lot which they failed to mention would happen and its happened before. I'm waiting for the person w the storage next door to notice theirs. All of my stuff ruined a brand new crib a table my shoes that were packed in a box even had mold on them from the water! Their only response..."we never said it was weather controlled" not to mention when I first wanted to rent one they tried to give me someones that already had stuff in it and were going to start moving it. These people are idiots I don't know how they manage an entire property. Do NOT move in here living hell
Wost place I have ever lived. They will charge you for everything upon move out. Office staff is atrocious. They are rude and just want to take your money. No one will work with you, they are all against you. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.
Don't move in unless your willing to lose your security deposit. We were just recently charged to have to patch nail holes in the wall, clean the carpet and re-paint, the funny thing is we did all of that before we moved out. For they say it has to be in ready to rent condition less normal wear and tear WTF?! Seriously? We are forced to pay extra to cover the remaining charges. Completely pissed over how they treat people at the end. Would not recommend this to anyone I know
I lived here for 3 1/2 years. Overall I liked the location of the place and the unit itself, and maintenance requests were usually responded to in a very timely fashion. However management doesn't respond to other non-maintenance issues in a very timely fashion. Toward the end of my time there, another resident's dog charged me unprovoked, bit a hole in my skirt and injured my leg. It took management nearly 2 months to adequately resolve the issue after I reported it. When I moved out, they tried to charge me for damage to a bathroom counter which I had listed on my move in sheet as having already been damaged. Trying to resolve the final water bill was a hassle because I paid it with my final rent, but then they charged me again for it, taking some of my security deposit, with the flimsy explanation that "they don't have any control of where the monies are allocated to." I'm sorry, what???? And the process of trying to resolve that issue took an unresponded-to email to the manager, an unresponded-to voicemail, and finally a phone call that lasted nearly 40 minutes. I know that in any living situation whether house or apartment you're likely going to encounter some rude and obnoxious neighbors, so I won't even start on the residents. But property management in those environments need to be a cut above, and they're just not in my opinion. And don't even start any of us who live/lived there about the trash situation. There's ONE place to toss your trash for an incredibly large apartment complex. And the rents get raised significantly each year. It's become a very pricey place to live. And just not worth it....
