Should be a 0 star. My rent is always on time . This isn't an angry rant , just honest review . Don't expect to hear from them unless they want you to sign a lease , renew your lease , or you're late for your payment (neighbor got paid monthly a day after rent was due , had a notice right away) dish washer has been broke for almost a year . Hole in sink due to a leak that took them almost a year to fix . Roaches ! Lots of them . No matter how clean you are ! These people don't care about you or your family. Only their money .. haven't dealt with a person willing to help at all . Only reason I'm here is because I'm saving to get a house soon ... You get what you pay for ... Also my truck got stolen here. They also didn't care and don't care ... Crooks.
Would you like to hear a Joke? PARC 410 and their awesome management!! Living here was a Nightmare and wish I would have read the reviews! For the reviews that aren't complaining are people that don't care about living in a clean and comfortable environment, or they've been paid to write a decent review...But I'm here to tell the TRUTH! So do me a favor, READ THE REVIEWS!! Where do I start? The roach infestation, the pools NOT working THE WHOLE SUMMER in 100° weather, the delay to have ANYTHING Fixed, or the management simply treating you like crap?? Either way PLEASE DON'T pay these People a dime to live in this DUMP!! After almost eating a roach, and waking up to one in my bed, Enough is ENOUGH!!
Our experience living in this apartment complex was anything but pleasant. I would absolutely NOT recommend Parc 410 to anyone. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra money to get a nicer and much better apartment, you will thank me later. Here is why I had such a negative experience at this complex: Initially, when touring the complex, we were told that we would be receiving a ceiling fan as well lighting in the rooms. We received neither of these things. WARNING: There is NO included lighting in any of the bedrooms or living rooms. You must purchase your own. The apartment that they show while on tour looks NOTHING like the apartment you will be paying for. This is normally the case, but this was far too extreme. When we moved in, the apartment was freshly painted, and hastily so. There was paint all over the floor and counter tops. They had painted over tape and pen marks on the wall, and it was completely noticeable. The material they use for the counter tops is cheap and flakes away very quickly and easily. The cabinets, counter tops and drawers in the kitchen and bathrooms were scratched and damaged. The walls and ceilings were damaged in all the rooms, and the carpets were stained. We soon witnessed multiple domestic disputes, fights, drug paraphernalia, broken windows, and theft. We often felt unsafe in our own home. The police are constantly on the property (and not in a way that makes you feel safe). The entire property feels dangerous with numerous shady people living nearby. After living there for three days, the floor of the bathtub began to peel. The management said it was our fault for using corrosive cleaners when we hadn't even had a chance to fully unpack, let alone clean. He pretended to do us a favor by not charging us this time as if it was our fault, but assured us we would have to pay next time. It took weeks for maintenance to get around to doing any of the things we requested. They charge us for pest control and claim that they do monthly sprays for bugs. This is completely false. We kept our apartment very clean but it soon became filled with roaches! After a few months of living there, we began to have problems with our water heater. The maintenance man eventually got around to fixing the problem. However, a few days later, we began to smell smoke. After I had called and made sure to tell them in was an emergency, it still took an hour to get to the apartment. The new maintenance man was in shock. He could not believe that the last maintenance man had left exposed wires which were getting dripped on by our A.C. unit. The pool and gym are constantly and frequently closed for repairs or cleaning. The people that work in the office are often never the same people. With a rotating cast of management, all with different answers to your questions, there is a lot of miscommunication and unexpected billing. You will get one answer from a worker and a few days later you will receive a phone call correcting their mistakes by a manager. Then when you go up to talk in person, you will be greeted by a different manager with a different response, then a subsequent phone call correcting THAT mistake. It's utterly ridiculous and very unprofessional. This had happened on multiple occasions while under different management (and even under the same management). WARNING: Parc 410 will have very little communication with you. They do NOT help when you have a problem and are very slow to respond. They rarely put notices on the doors when there are problems. They will NEVER send you an email if there is any questions or miscommunications about anything. They claim that these actions are complementary and will just blindly charge and bill you. They hardly keep anything in writing unless it's used to add additional charges. It feels like these people don't care about their job or the people living there. It's very unwelcoming and unaccommodating. This establishment is neither appropriate or sufficient to live in. Please look elsewhere for an apartment. This place is NOT for you.
Not a good complex to live at! None of the leasing staff is ever the same constantly changing was lied to about reoccurring fees every month, maintance is a pain to get them to fix anything! Had a water leak in the shower for over a month that they could not come fix until it started leaking to the down stairs apartment they decided to come fix it at this point the water bill had sky rocketed. As well as the Ac stopped working middle of summer it was 89 degrees in the apartment! And I was told they would come fix it when they had time! when they finally had time a few days later to fix it, it stopped working within 3 Days! Yet another week for them to come out and fix it! Going to the main office I was treated like I had no idea what I was talking about. They bring up charges that they say are pat due can not tell you what they are for! Over all not a good complex to live can not wait till lease is up!
After I had used their washers and dryers, I discovered that they have been charging $7.00 per use on the washers and $7.00 on the dryers..Meanwhile, on the washer and dryer screens it says $1.50 for each use. So now we know why they only have card slots.. so they can con you!
