I am currently a resident as of August 1st 2015. I just moved from Chicago to texas. The new manager Kelly is rude and inconsiderate. I live in a one bedroom it's 656 Sq feet. Very small my tub is short the counters are short there's an openings under my sinks in my bathroom and my kitchen also 2 peep holes. Turns out they never informed me about the first floor apt they gave me was for handicapped residents. They said all one bedrooms are like that but they are not my neighbors apartments I've been on that are one bedroom are nothing like my handicapped one. They is never parking ever they know what my boyfriends car looked like and always saw he had my parking tag then the one night we forgot due to a family emergency..they towed his car. We had to pawn his xbox one and it was right before Christmas and money was already tight the manager Kelly even knew it was my boyfriends car and admitted it but she said she got it towed. Also there's things that break, left and right. I opened my Cubbard once and It came off the hinges and hit me in the head. I had plumbing problems my thermostat broke my outside outlet doesn't work and every time I call to put a maintenence request through it takes weeks or never happens even the severity. I walked in on Kellys in the office plenty of times seeing the office phone ring but never answered bc she was playing candy crush on my computer. I am a very civil person but I got so fed up I said the f* bomb on a voice-mail and Kelly and another lady knocked on my door and threatened to evict bc I said a curse word on a voice mail...so my boyfriend fixed all our plumbing and everything bc they wouldn't put my request through. I pay 1,018 a month for a tiny one bedroom gated community when the gates are broken half the time. The price was suppose to be 950 a month. Plus electric bill they charge too much for trash removal when it overflows sometimes and it's unsanitary. Also they never mentioned I had to pay a water bill the 7 month in and I can't even afford anything. DO NOT MOVE HERE IT WILL BE A HUGE WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME AND YOU'LL REGRET IT.
303 units, 84 with attached garages, leaving 219 residents left with only about 100 public parking spots.... Corporate has not given the leasing office the right answer to this problem... The options given are buy a covered parking, garage, or park across the street at the movie theatre or the public park and walk over.... When I asked the leasing office a solution to parking for residents who pay $1kk a month I was told, " You pay for the apt, not for parking. " Be ready to have no place to park or be towed if you move here. The leasing office offers no solutions or answers. Seems like customer service is hard to come by. Which is a shame, because it could be a 5* property. But the parking isn't worth the hassle. Not even close. There seems to be no solution to the problem in the near future.
Looking forward to moving out! You pay a lot and can't park where you live. Other people's friends, including maintenance, deserve what we pay for. If you want a nasty attitude, just stop by the office! They don't charge you extra. Oh, make sure you check with them everyday if you get a package, because they can't be bothered to notify you. When Tracy and Jaime were here it was wonderful!
We spent our first few months in Texas @ Wood Bridge and loved this place. The place is conveniently located near schools, grocery stores, restaurant, movie halls. The office staff is very nice and Susan is a great manager. They arrange movie nights for kids, break-fasts and other community events which my kids totally loved. The apartment was spacious, bright, airy and the apartment complex is clean and well-maintained. We loved our stay here and I highly recommend this place.
The staff is excellent and always friendly. Great choice in moving in. My neighbors made us feel welcome. Thank you for a great residential community.
