This is my second time living in these apartments. Lynn and Marvin are always so friendly and helpful. I wouldn't even think of living in any other place! The apartment is very spacious and quiet. I absolutely love the layout and you have tons of space.
I have been a resident of Pinebrook for almost two years and absolutely love living here. I rent one of the 1700 square foot apartments and it is almost like having a town home with its spacious kitchen, two car garage and semi-private cul-de-sac.I came to Pinebrook from another apartment complex in North Lincoln and it has truly been a step up in every respect. When looking around at my housing options, I was rather picky and had a long list of criteria and Pinebrook met or exceeded every single one. Some of my criteria included: 1. A respectful atmosphere - I came from an apartment complex where my neighbors would blare music and hold rowdy parties at all hours of the night, which the previous office staff refused to do anything about. Pinebrook is so much different. I almost never hear my neighbors and if I do, it is only briefly while in the hallways. 2. Large Kitchen - I spend a lot of time in the kitchen cooking, so a lot of space is necessary. The kitchen is the prefect size and the layout is very intuitive. There is a small coffee bar next to the refrigerator and pantry and prep stations on either side of the deep, double basin sink and stove. 3. Off ground floor living - All of my previous living spaces have been on the second floor or higher. I feel more comfortable being off the ground floor and while the garage and laundry room are on the ground floor, the vast majority of my living space is on the second floor. 4. Short commute to work - I work in North Lincoln and after talking with co-workers residing on the south side of town, I decided that I wanted to live closer to work. My office is in the Highlands/Fallbrook area and my commute with morning and afternoon traffic is 15 minutes or less. Some of the things that I have come to appreciate over the last two years: 1. The office staff - At my previous apartment, there was a very high turnover rate when it came to office staff, which negatively affected relationships between the office staff and tenants. Even the apartment manager treated simple request such as picking up a package as a chore. The staff at Pinebrook are completely different. Lynn and Marv really take pride in their work. They are always friendly and seem to know each tenant by name. They also are very accommodating and do everything in their power to make a tenant's experience just that much better. In this day and age it seems that type of customer service is a lost art. 2. Fireplace/Fans - Each apartment is furnished with a gas fireplace that is a joy to have during the winter. It can easily heat the entire apartment and I find myself not even turning on the heater even on the coldest days. I am also lucky enough to have a ceiling fan in each of the bedrooms and living room, which is perfect for circulating air during the spring and fall when the weather is nice enough to have the windows and balcony door open. 3. Pet friendly - They allow cats and small dogs in some of the units. While here, I adopted two kittens for companionship. They may love the apartment more than I do. 4. Spacious bathroom - My previous place, there was barely enough room to turn around in the bathroom, let alone store anything. The bathroom at Pinebrook has an attached linen closet and more than enough room to get ready in the morning. If you are considering a new place to live, I highly recommend giving Pinebrook a try. I know you will not be disappointed.
