STAY AWAY!! Horrible, Horrible, Horrible management. Apartment crawling with cockroaches, ticks. Shower always cold. No parking available. Manager will say anything to get tenants. She is rude, lazy and horrible manager. She does not help with anything, she has her useless servant Luis doing all of her work that can barely speak English. She fails to do things unless she is reminded constantly. Very lousy tenants in this place, lots of noise at all hours. *She cashes deposits when she says she wont*. Pool is dirty and in the middle of all apartments. Building smells bad. OWNER: You need a new manager, ASAP!

Manager of Glenoks apartment will not help you whatever have happened. This apartment poorly manages at any points. If you do not spend useless money and time, I striongly recomend you to look for others. I hope you will not be a future victim of evil Glenoaks Apartment... Nobody recomends this apartment.
