Listen, ignore all of the negative reviews if you are under the age of 35. The location is unreal (1 block from the plaza), rent is inexpensive for the location, and the noise isn't bad if you don't go to bed before 10pm. Yes, the walls are thin, but residents are respectful for the most part. For being only a block away from the Plaza, the parking situation couldn't be better. The resident manager and staff are awesome to work with. I've lived here for almost two years and couldn't be happier with the decision that I made to live here.
I have lived here for more than a year now and I just love the location. Great dining, bar, and movie is only couple of minutes away. On site manager, Shannon is the best manager and she knows what she's doing. Maintenance is responsive, mostly they fix your problem within a day. One more thing you can't beat -- free parking! It's a reserved parking lot only for residents of plaza terrace. The only thing I don't like about living here is the noise from the people above. You can hear their footsteps even when they walk on barefoot. But this won't be a problem if you could choose top floor units.
I was trying to get a studio in Pllaza Terrace. The people in the leasing office are so arrogant that they dont know how talk to the coustmers and handle them.I was in emergency to take a apartment as I am new to this place i dont have MO's state id or driver's licence .They were nt accepting my passport as residence proof. And they are realy careless. I was in so urgent to take the appartment but still they gave the wired ans" we cant say anything to give a apartment or not" they were not conforming about my leasing of the appartmemt. they did this for 2 weeks. Please dont go for Plaza terrace.
I lived at the Plaza Terrace for 2 years. My car was stolen not once but twice. The management did nothing to help rectify the problem. Additionally, the apartment was very noisy at night and there was definitely illegal activity going on in the apartment above me. After asking management to fix the problem numerous times I had to take it upon myself to call the police....not a pleasant situation at all!
