I'm looking to sublease my 1 bedroom apartment for the summer and am more than willing to negotiate the price! Its available from May 6th - July 30th. The house is divided into three individual apartments and is located within walking distance to campus and the bars. Theres plenty of street parking and space in the back as well.

As you can see from the pictures, its extremely spacious for a 1 bedroom and has lots of natural light. Theres a washer and dryer in the basement, a porch to sit on out front, and a good size yard in the back if you want to grill out! Utilities are about $40 a month.
