DO NOT MOVE HERE. Afer three years of hell, it's time to get out. Sec 8 is now moving in. Dog Shit everywhere. More than two people in a one bedroom apartment. If you have more than one car, forget about trying to find parking. Manger is a witch with a capital B. Office girls Trish & Carla thinks they run the office, and Carla looks like she is going to a wake wearing black all the time. Apartments are old and bug infested with spiders, and earwigs, and pill bugs. Pretty bad when you can hear your neighbors pissing and screwing. Look else were for a place to live. Oh yeah, laundry rooms are really bad. You have to find a clean washer without pot seeds and baby shit.
You do not want to move here UNLESS...... You would love for your vehicle to get vandalized and they give no suggestions to fixing the problem, You want dirty neighbors who do not pick up after their animals and u like dogging animal feces, rude staff who treat you like a number and not a person. Yes I lived here for 3yrs after I found better they decided to send me to collections with a perfect record of always paid rent on time. -I'd also like to add, the business center is a joke. They will only give you up to 5 blank papers for printing. If you need more your told to bring your own. -They have power issues. Once every 6 months they'll have a power issue where you will be out of power all day/night -Water. More then once there was an issue with pipes and they had to turn everyone's water off. -The place is a joke. You can find better on Grove Street. LOL.
Nice campus with 2-swimming pools (1-heated), barbecue area, BB & tennis courts, and a fitness room. Convenient to the Mall and the public bus station at the mall. I think this complex was built about 30-years ago, so one issue is that water is turned off occasionally to repair underground pipes, and in the winter, it's best to run a facet so the pipes don't freeze (the apartment company pays for water, sewer & trash). Under the pet-friendly policy, there are lots of dog owners here, which means random dog poop, and often barking and howling dogs of the owners who seem not to care about disturbing others. The manager does try to minimize the dog disturbance problem, but as soon as one dog owner complies, and new dog owner moves in and has to be educated as to why barking / howling dogs are not everybody's cup of tea. So if your tolerance for noise is low, you may want to find a dog-free apartment complex. Anyhow, I give the place a 3.5-4.0 rating -- and keep hoping that each new neighbor doesn't own a barking/howling dog.
