Although the location, neighbors, and floorplans are very favorable, the management is typically not helpful and the buildings are old. I believe there was mold in my building as I was sick often. Good luck getting anything fixed in a timeline manner - and don't bother asking for a phone call or heads up before anyone enters your apartment. Both before and after ownership changes the management was severely lacking in customer service, and understaffed. Took six months to get a carpet cleaning I was promised. Took two months to get a closet door fixed, which broke again. Never got my bathtub fixed/replaced even though it definitely needed it. A rent cashier's check was lost on one occasion, but that was resolved well (the only instance really of having a favorable resolution to a problem). Laundry room was filthy and most machines didn't work at all for two years, and when the machines were replaced they locked the door - I was never even able to get a key because the right person was not present both times I stopped by so I didn't bother after that.
I've lived here for just over a year, and have never had a break-in in my entire building, nor has our vehicles been broken into.. My neighbors are like family, and the staff are genuinely good people. past maintenance issues were fixed when they hired a better staff. I just don't understand how people can say that they have been miserable for years, rather than moving somewhere else and being happy.
These are the worst apartment I have ever been in! We have been here for 4 months and it's the worst experience I have ever had!! The pool hasn't been open for 2 years no playground not family friendly. People speed through and have almost hit myself and son. There is no water pressure to take showers or baths. The staff does not care about the their current renters. They have a known issue with bats and are not fixing it. It takes 15 minutes for a shower to warm up. My husbands tires and rims were stolen within the first week of living here and they were stock and the office did not care!! Do not recommend them at all!! They should be shut down!
Can you say SLUM LORDS me and my husband lived there five years never late on a payment they will lie lie lie the biggest liars are property manager Christina tonya and fred never talk to them as they will feed you lies matthew is the only one who will hold his word they will take months to fix things the washer and dryer never worked for five years so be prepared to go to laundrymat yhe swimming pool is never in swimming condition they turn your water on and off as they please they hire schetchy maintenance who make you feel unsafe it is the worst place to live i wouldn't recommend it to a dead dog but if you enjoy liars broke down apartment and no one to fix it go right ahead and they will steal your deposit when you leave because they are crooks
My boyfriend and I moved in here in September. We have a 6 month old daughter now. The apartment itself is okay. I feel like the rent is high for just a basic apartment with not much square footage. I have had several problems with not having water, due to either a main pipe line break or some other event, in which we have had to find somewhere else to stay for the day or night. The noise is minimal, which is nice. We had a bad ant problem for awhile, in which we solved ourselves. Lastly, the rent is 795, but after all the extra random charges they add, it ends up around 900. I don't understand that since we don't have any extra amenities. Oh and the laundry facilities are a joke.
