I lived here from March 2004 thru February 2010 I lived in two different buildings. I never had issues with the office staff, Maintenance was quick to fix everything in a timely manner, I remember my fridge went out the same night there was a fire , they had a brand new fridge in my unit the very next day. I have never had issues feeling unsafe! Move out fees weren't bad or ridiculous I got charged for the carpet , I had 2 little kids so of course there may be a stain here or there and I honestly wish I would have stayed here . I'm going to try and move back in to eagles landing within the next few weeks.
Lived there one year. A graduate student at the U living off a graduate student salary with my girlfriend who is a student as well. A good place to live for a young couple getting started in life. Felt safe and any problems I had with appliances got fixed quickly without a problem. Always read reviews saying that people had problems moving out but I had absolutely no problem with it. Kept the apartment clean and had no major spills so I had no problem moving out. Yes there is a $50 dollar cleaning fee that was taken out of my deposit but I knew that when I moved into the apartment. Appliances/Kitchen/Bathroom were pretty out of date but that is only aesthetic issues. Never had problems with neighbors. Lots of kids running around but that told me it was family friendly. Parking is the best situation ever, plenty of parking for you and your guests and didn't pay a dime but not sure if that is still true. The security gate does not work but I never felt in danger. The laundry facilities on site are pretty good. Plenty of machines and the only time I coulndt find an open machine is when I went at the peak laundry time so that is to be expected. I am sorry for this is a long review but I am just trying to be thorough for those reading reviews and trying to decide on an apartment. I would recommend this apartment complex to someone looking for an affordable apartment.
Do not move here it is just a terrible living experience to be honest i cant wait till my lease is because the eagles landing apartments are just a bunch of crooks , they fine you for any little thing they can find and it takes them almost your entire lease for them to come and fix a problem oh by the way i have mice that i have complained about a number of times and they keep sending these damn extermination people to come and get rid of them but its been a problem since i moved in back in march of 2015 and they are still here smh .. just saying if you do not want to worry about coming home to a 3 day notice for what ever reason they feel like id advise you not to move here. i could go on and on about the list of problems here just take my advise not the best place to stay to be honest im disappointed in myself for even livening here smh ....
I lived in this place from 2007-2009 and even then the security gates never worked properly. My AC unit also rarely work and I too had problem with latinos y latinas playing music at all hours. However, I took things into my own hands and the ones which were pestering me didn't renew their lease after it had expired. I read one review that someone has lived here for 21 years and that completely blows my mind. The neighborhood is on the west side of SLC so there are some unsavory elements that can hang out there. I think the last straw was when I had a small box on my patio and received a notice on my door that it needed to be removed. I then gave them the proper notice of 30 days and they wanted to know why I was moving. I also had the experience of cleaning the hell out of the apartment and still being charged $50, but whatever.
Terrible maintenance, these guys will rob you if your not home, and they never fixed my a/c that barely blew air. I wouldn't recommend living in these apartments. Neighbors were ok, but management has a few issues to deal with.
