Was refused a lease when proper funding and good credit was shown. Leasing administrator "doesn't have a boss". Asked my co-signer to falsify paperwork for the lease. Secretary at the management company was unable to make an appointment or allow me to speak with the GM (but she was able to get her on the phone?). The company's signs were made of paper taped up to walls and doorway, looked like a shell company ready to be folded at earliest convenience.
Amenities you pay for are poorly maintained. Supposed to have personal training but they quit. Equipment there is broken and takes months to fix. If your sold on the amenities and they are in the lease, you should be allowed to use them. Trainers two times a week is almost as much as rent so what was sold to us isn't available? How about a reduced rent? If we owed you money you'd have the sheriff here!
I was really Happy in the year I was here. Parking is easy, pool is fun. BBQ grills all over the place. We were lucky enough to have one of the really big balconys, so much room you don't know what to do with it. I would recommend it, thing is, it is a tad high for long beach. I mean, it would be nice to live in a nicer location, but with the police station across the street its a safe place to live.
I have to agree very poor management. I have been living at this place for a little over 6 months. Initially I was in love they sell you on all the wonderful amenities they have available and even on how you can have birthday parties on site etc. Which is not the case at all ! Let me break down all the lies
- They tell you if your guests are here they can park in the guest parking and you can get it validated or you can use your key ( LIE) - You can have guests over and even bday parties – ( LIE if you have more than 3 guests they charge you a 150 cleaning fee and 400 deposit ) - They are quick to respond to work orders, Uhave to remind them over and over about things because either they are not communicating with one another or don’t know how to track their orders) the excuse is that they are short staffed.. I consider myself a pretty reasonable person that if they gave me a courtesy call about being short staffed I would understand however when I am the one to remind them and it’s not the other way around I have a problem with it. I pay more than I need to for a condo so that I can have exemplary customer service. I have spoken to several other neighbors who also think this is ridiculous, Tim the director has to be the worst person I have dealt with, no customer service skills and he is a complete snob! I myself have thought about contacting corporate to file a complaint. I know when my lease is up I'll be moving. I do not recommend this place to anyone . My friends have asked and I have told them to look elsewhere this place is not worth all the trouble.
Sike. Management here actually blows. Major pricks all the way to corporate. And my Apartments smoke and mirrors. >.<
