Okay, what can I say about the staff and the environment at La Villita! I was looking for a place that I loved and that was close to my Job. I was skeptical because I didn't want to spend to much and not have a place that would impress. I meet with one of the ladies up front and she informed me of what to expect with my application (which was super easy online). We picked 3 places out to look at and I only needed to see the first one. Move in was easy and fun, that when I met Meiha (~spelling) who was great! Super nice smiled the entire time and was helpful with information about the perks, local places to eat, buying furniture, and to top it all off I got a gift bag. LOL! I am really enjoying my stay here, hope they don't raise my rent to much when I'm up to sign another lease. Come see what these guys are about. Its a great place to call home.
It was good when I lived there but after moving out and paying everything they told me to pay, I paid. 2 months later, I got collection notice for $51. They had my phone number and forwarding address and I never got a call nor a notice that there is balance outstanding. Now I have collection notice and they messed up my credit. I am pissed off.
Hello. I wanted to leave this review because the ladies at Amli La Villita never fail to impress. They are always so pleasant, attentive, a pleasure deal with when there is the rare circumstance. The girls are the epitomy of excellent client service. I feel like a part of the AMLI family as soon as I step into the office for whatecer the occasion. Thank you for making it so easy!!!
Beautiful Aprtments and the community is like someone's Dream Project. Loved living there. No complaints when you live there. The staff are good and maintainance is prompt. The actual headache starts after you move out. Be ready for a total rip off when you move-out. We were charged a huge amount of $1600. We lived there just for one year and it was only two of us with no kids and no pets. We were charged for carpet replacement and they said it was clean but worn out according to the carpet company(They said its a brand new carpet when we moved-in) It was outreageous when they said the carpet was wornout to an extent that it has to be replaced in just a year with only 2 people living in the apartment. We asked them for a walkthrough before the moveout and they said they were busy that day. Later charged $900 for fridge door replacement because there were scratches. But there werent any when we moved out. When we asked if we can talk to the manager who inspected our apartment the answer was she was not working with them anymore. Most ridiculous thing to say. Their final answer was Sorry I sounds rediculous But still you gotta pay. We lived in various apts in different cities but this never happened to and always got our security deposit back except with AMLI.
Though short term living is an option available with AMLI at La Villita, the community immediately makes one feel like calling it "home." The staff goes above and beyond to accommodate and welcome residents and maintenance has always been very prompt in fixing problems ranging from simple cosmetic issues to actual daily-life interruptions. I've resided in apartments that were relatively "ok," and ones that promised much, but often fell short; the AMLI is neither of those. Whether it's the straightforwardness of the staff members, the pleasant surroundings, or the quality of the apartments themselves, the AMLI at La Villita seems to strike a balance between aesthetics and practicality. The La Villita area offers endless outdoor entertainment (parks, trails, playgrounds, water views), and there are often events for the residents to encourage mingling. There are so many reasons why the AMLI at La Villita can call itself an apartment Community.
