I lived there for 3 years. Had the large one bedroom apt, downstairs. Overall I felt the staff was friendly and willing to help when needed, which I often didn't need. The reason I gave it 2 stars were due to a few reasons. -Apartments are tiny, crazy small. -Stray cats, it was horrid. there are cats everywhere at night, often crying for food and sitting outside any open windows. -Appliances, were about as old and simple as it gets. -lack of closets, only one in the entire apartment, in the bedroom. No where for coats, boots or things that you use often but like to remove once in the dwelling. -I could hear my upstairs neighbors. every time they would vacuum or even just walk around. I guess its partly due to how old the complex is. -PARKING, I should give this place 1 star for parking, its horribly spaced and awkward in a lot of area's. Trying to find a spot late Friday or Saturday night is impossible. You'll have to park on the street, be prepared to walk 1/4 mile. If you want a spot you're going to have to pay for it. I will say that they are doing tons of renovations currently, 5/14, which is making the exterior much nicer. I think they're adding gates as well. I would have mentioned a more in-depth response about the amount of times they came into my apartment for "new buyers" but they sold the place to new owners so that shouldn't be an issue for a while.
I wish I could give less than a star. I've lived here for three whole years. Ive put up with a lot of incompetence from the staff. They are very lazy and lack and sort of common courtesy. I wouldn't recommend Copper Creek to anyone unless it was your only option. Not to mention the bums and stray cats that are everywhere. Copper Creek sucks.
Its an okay place to live but its kinda run down and all the "newly renovated rooms" seem to be magically taken
