It's a quiet complex and it's very conveniently located by HyVee, Jones Park, and Interstate 380. The $450-480 listing price includes heating, so the only other amenities you would have to pay are electricity & internet/cable.

For rent+heating+electricity+internet/cable, I average around $550/month, which is great for the quality of the unit (no issues of any kind since I've been living here) and is a great price compared to similar units in the area.
