Floors are thin hardwood, so we hear our neighbors all day, and weekend. There is no sound proofing/dampening at all. I think they may be in the circus or hosting Zumba classes up there. The toilets are high off the ground, as a 6' adult my feet barely touch the floor, I have to lean all the way forward on my tip toes while sitting on the toilet. The shows are super low, 5' maybe? So I bend over backwards just trying to shower. Need to get a whole new shower head just to wash my hair. We're in the newley remodled building, so everything is nice and new. Once the construction is done on the building around us I'm sure the grounds will be nice too.
Unfortunately, we had a very horrible experience with moving to these newly renovated 2bhk apartments on saturday (01/30/2016). We discovered the same night that none of the 3 heaters in the unit are functioning, we duly reported the issue to the office the next day, and after several maintenance visits, after a week, we are still living with the lack of fix to the problem in quite chilly conditions. The temporary small heater solution in the living room does not really help and it also it blocks us from using the balcony because they put tape on the door(to provide an air outlet to the portable heater), we are pretty much locked out. The management gives lip-service by saying that they will contact vendors who apparently are waiting for a needed part to fix all the 3 heaters. It is very clear that we were given a defective unit with non-functional heaters upon signing the lease and even though the vendors may have to ultimately fix it, the management is responsible for giving us a defective unit and not resolving the issue quickly. For example, they could have replaced the defective units since there are new apartments under construction right next to us, but they are taking their own sweet time to work with the vendors to replace defective parts, while we live in these freezing conditions. We have a toddler and she is falling sick because of the delay in getting this fixed. We are being forced to consider other options(including legal) as we were given a defective apartment on signing the lease. It is basic courtesy to own your own problem instead of blaming the vendors. Wanted to share our experience so that you - the reader may not suffer the same. We were quite excited about moving here, but thats not the case anymore.
lot of issues experienced in this place....cockroaches all around ( new and old buildings, pest tretement offered is a joke and does not work), safety issues ( Car breakin, Mailbox theft, packages lost), aminity issues ( clubhouse closing at 6 PM)..brand new clubhouse which looks great is only built to look great but not for use by high paying neigbours as they close it everyday at 6 PM so that it does not get used and they do not have to keep staff to maintain the club house. Tennis courts are full and mainly used by outsider as they come and block the court and play whole eve..there is no staff or system in place to check if outsiders are using the court .. so with all this issues, you pay heavy rent for using nothing... hope management takes action and fixes all this issues...
Rented a renovated apartment last year. Had a very pleasant stay until I had to deal with the management in the last month. Only advice to people walking into the leasing office: take everything in writing.
Very nice!! The apartment is very clean, and totally renovated and you dont hear the neighbours. The common areas are very nice and renovated too!! My husband and I are very pleased to live here!!
