I was there for 2 years in same house... but i see Bad Management.. Repair request wont be taken seriously and if you need any information ...you ask they will give you only after 10 days. Management is always feel they are correct every though their mistake is there. Once you sign the lease you will be gone they make sure you pay all the Money . They scare you even they try to force you to pay all money. They wont maintain the records correctly . They wont send you lease renewal notice be care full they auto renewal with out your notice. They are there for taking money not for good service. All dogs or car do .... in out side grass kids can not play in grass... you see lot wast of Power and water ( we get lot of maintain fee here). If you stay here for 2 to 4 months you see this .. when you stay at least for 6 + you will started seeing issue.... check these before you join....i am not telling this because i got bad experience... i don't want other to hurt badly.. one more thing ... you see lot of OLD people ... just like Senior citzen house..
It's affordable. The work out room is tiny and smaller than the average bedroom. The business center is a desk with a computer in ther corner, which is excellent in a pinch. True they have 24 maintenance, but they only work 9-5 and they tend to be slow on maintenance requests.. I lived here for a year and still have missing tiles in the kitchen I waited a over a month on the dishwasher only after several requests There is management on-site but they are not to be disturbed. 24 phone service, if they get the message. The bathroom flooded and caused damage to two bathrooms. Management paid for the damage because they didn't any messages but two tenants suffered the inconvenience. Management were very slow on cleaning the carpets from the overflow. Management really fall short on their commitments. Terri is very kind and she gets it, unfortunately management does not.
So far I have been here for two months. This is my first apartment. I did a lot of research and tours of other places before I made my decision. Some places are nicer, but too expensive for me. This place was the best for me as far as a fair price for what you get and being just a nice clean well kept complex. The apartments are old but very well kept. I love having a fire place. Gas is free so you can run the gas fireplace and stove/oven as much as you want. Being not too far from the beach too, I never turn on the heat or the air conditioner. It will probably never be used. I live on the ground level. I do not hear my neighbors through the walls at all, but I can easily hear the neighbors above. They are not loud, the ceiling floors are just really thin. You can hear the vacume, walking, water, pretty much all the time. It feels like you're living in the same house as them in a way if you've lived in a house before. It does not bother me though. There is only one parking space per unit, which my girlfriend uses, so I park on Warner all the time. It can be annoying sometimes, depending how far down Warner you get a spot. I have never not gotten a parking spot. The furthest you would have to walk would be a 3 minute walk maybe. But our reserved complex parking spot is far from our apartment, across the complex, so my girlfriend always has a good 2 minute walk to the apartment anyways. If I get a good spot on Warner, that spot is a nice 30 second walk to the apartment. Maintenance and management act fast when things need to be taken care of, which has only happened once with leaky water in the bathroom, but it was fixed the same day. It is really quiet here too. You only see the occasional person walk by. It is very quiet during day and night. There is not too many kids which is nice. It is a good mix of middle age and younger adults. I really have no complaints. I am happy here and have had no bad experiences. No bugs, nothing to complain about.
